Overall Rating
MES Asmabi college is a beautiful and charming eco friendly college. The college has A grade in NAAC Accreditation. The college is highly developed and it supports better education system. There are many programs conducted in our college. My course is B.Sc Aquaculture. It is a highly scoped course. The course is only available in this college at Calicut University. The lab, libraries, sports ground are good in our college. I like it very much. The course provides a wonderful future.
 

Academics Rating
In MES college we got admission after higher secondary. We passed our higher secondary with 50 percent mark. We can apply at Calicut University and get merit seats. Also management seats and community seats are provided in our college. It is a 6 semester program. The Candidate must pass higher secondary education with about 50 percent marks and we can apply for degree and get admission in allotments. The documents that you need to submit at the time of admission are tenth and twelfth mark sheet plus two Aadhar card, ration card copies, etc.
The overall fee is about Rs. 30,000 or more. I got merit seat. There are many scholarships available. I got Egrantz scholarship so I didn't pay semester fee. The exam fee is around Rs. 550.
 

Faculty Rating
The teaching methods used are good. The teachers used to teach PPT presentation methods in our class. There are developed class rooms and the teachers are friendly with us. They give important topics and previous years question papers to help improve our academics. They also give assignment, conduct seminars, etc. In seminar presentation they are very strict and they help us to improve our skills. The teachers also use black boards and the group discussions are conducted in our class rooms.
 

Placement Rating
I didn't know about the placement of my college.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are available for both girls and boys. The girl’s hostel and boys hostels are separate. There are about 100 students in our hostel. The fee is Rs. 18,000 per year and Rs. 1,500 in every month for mess. T hostel timings are from 8.30 to 5.30.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college is highly developed. There are many courses and departments in our college. There is a developed digital library, canteen, seminar hall, auditorium, etc. The college is very eco friendly and the class rooms are developed. The lab is also good. The sports ground is big. There is a theatre in our college too. The favorite thing in our college is the ground. Its a really Amazing place and mind refreshing. The teaching is good and the lab experience is amazing.
 

Campus Rating
The overall experience of my college is neutral. The crowd is large in our college. There are many clubs in our college like NSS, NCC environment club, math, physics clubs are also there in our college. There are many programs that are conducted in our college like Onam celebration, Christmas celebration, fresher’s day, association day, etc. The programs make feel good. Actually the campus life is too good. It is a beautiful time. The celebration in our college was amazing. There are frequently conducted seminars and orientation classes, etc.

    I chose M.E.S. Asmabi College because it is the only college in Kerala that provides Aquaculture course. If I am to speak about the college, it has very good infrastructure, facilities, and especially faculties. They are well experienced. Our college provides many specializations in B.Sc and BBA.
