Overall Rating
I am pursuing my bachelor of technology education in Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology Burla. This University is a great University for studying and campus placements are great. Our University has a vast campus for hostel and academics here are good too. The professors are really talented. They are very cooperative with us. This University is counted within a of the best in my state. Now a days many companies come here for offering jobs to the students.
 

Academics Rating
I have been studying in the branch of Electronic and Telecommunication engineering in Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology Burla. This year the cut-off was 88 percentile for general category on the basis of JEE main examination conducted by National Testing Agency. The admission date for our University was announced after the fourth round of OJEE counseling. All the admission processes were done in our University auditorium. There are two exams namely mid semester and end semester. These are conducted for every semester. The academic preparation is satisfactory.
The total University fee about Rs. 89,000 per semester and it is the same for every student. From this Rs. 41,000 is the course fee and Rs. 48,000 is hostel fee. For SSC students the course fee is doubled.
 

Faculty Rating
For the department of electronics and telecommunication engineering the teachers are really very talented. They show their cooperative and friendly behavior to us. They use smart boards to teach us. The teacher student ratio at the University is about 1:6. They often use PPT’s, notes to teach us. For helping us in study they send us online notes through WhatsApp group. We really have a great bonding with our teachers. We always ask relevant doubts if necessary.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell situated in our University. The students of our University sit inside at the time of placement and internship.
 

Hostel Rating
The mess food is really good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology Burla is very big. It consists of separate departments of different branches. Also there is a canteen present inside the campus. Students often go to it at the time of requirement. A very large library is present inside the campus. We also go to the library, read books and bring books that are required. There is an auditorium present in our University. All the meetings are held inside it.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is nice and satisfying. Many types of clubs are present in our University. Students who are interested can join the clubs. The induction program of several clubs was held in our University. Every year many types of fests are held in our University. We also participate in it. The campus of our University is very beautiful. Many places are there to sit inside the University.

    In overall it's a very good University for a student who is interested in technical studies. This University is well in its campus infrastructure and hall of residences.     This institute has everything that you need. Best campus, best faculties, best clubs, and best infrastructure. The clubs are vibrant and awesome. I got a decent percentile in JEE mains exam which is basically an engineering entrance exam. So I decided to get into this college because it was near to my house.     My overall experience is superb till now. Everything is good from hostel life to college life you will make new friends and overcome many fears like communication skills. Sometimes I get fed up with hostel food but you have to adjust as we living in hostel and had come to fulfill our dreams but there are many food stalls outside hostel so nothing to worry about food.
