The Student Life at GIET University : Campus Life and Academic Facilities

Overall Rating
The university provides a beautiful environment that is neat and clean. All labs and classroom are air conditioned, and the library is also air conditioned. It has more than 10,000 books also 24 hours Wi-Fi facilities. Medical facilities are good. University exam are not difficult when the students gives proper attention to the live classes. Well known organisation visits the university for offering job opportunities to the students.
 

Academics Rating
GIET University offers a full-time B.Tech program that lasts for duration of 4 years. Students can pursue the course across several specialisations, such as Computer Science and Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Bio Technology Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering. To be eligible for admission into B.Tech program offered by the university, students must have pass class 12 or equivalent with PCM as mandatory. The students are shortlisted on the basis of GIETEE or other accepted entrance exam scores.
The GIET University B.Tech fee ranges between Rs. 2,70,000 – Rs. 7,60,000. Scholarship is also available here. The hostel fee ranges between Rs. 2,52,000 – Rs. 3,36,000.
 

Faculty Rating
All faculty members are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable and teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum can make students industry ready if they follow it's properly. University exam are not difficult when the students gives proper attention to the live classes. GIET University offer full-time batch. They provide you all books and they teacher available 24 hours for any doubt.
 

Placement Rating
The highest package is 27 LPA and lowest is around 3 LPA, with an average of 5-6 LPA. The university has established a placement cell that works actively to connect students with potential employers. Top companies like Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, High Radius and Genpact visit our university for placement.
 

Hostel Rating
We have access to well-equipped labs, and hostel accommodation offers Ac and non AC rooms. The food quality in the canteen is average. A doctor is always available on campus for medical assistant. The university actively promotes sports like cricket, football, basketball and kabaddi. The overall hostel facilities are good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The overall infrastructure and facilities at GIET University are good. All labs and classroom are air conditioned. Wi-Fi facilities are available in every block. Medical facilities are good and both indoor and outdoor sports are available here like cricket, chess, football, basketball and carrom. They have a personal cinema hall for all students. Sunday to Sunday movie show is organised for the students of GIET University.
 

Campus Rating
Annual fest is called Srijan. Gym facilities are made available to the students, the timings are 4 AM to 8 AM and evening 4 PM to 8 PM. The university provides summing pool to all students. The overall environment of the campus is nice. Different activities are organised in the university for the students.
