BVRIT Hyderabad Fee Structure and Financial Aid

My experience in BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women was good. Compared to the other colleges. The placements are good and every eligible student has the opportunity to prove his/her talent in the placements. There are many cultural activities conducted every year for the students. Coming to the strength, in every year there are 130 students. In total, there are around 500 to 550 students in the ECE department.

The course I chose was Electronics & Communication Engineering. Entry requirements are to write an EAMCET exam and select branch and this college based on the rank. Some of the students can join through management quota also.

The total tuition fee is Rs. 90,000 for a year apart from tuition fee, there are other charges such as admission fee Rs. 5,300, CRT fee Rs. 5,000, and exam fee for every semester Rs. 800. There is fee reimbursement of Rs. 35,000 for EBC, BC students. For SC & ST students, there is no tuition fee.

Faculties who are teaching us are fully experienced. Their way of teaching is good for all the students. Method of teaching includes using blackboard and PPTs. they also conduct group discussion for assignments. In our ECE department, there are 40 teaching and non-teaching (Lab technicians) staff.

There are different blocks named as Emerald block, Diamond block, Opal block, Perl block, Sapphire block, APJ block, Ruby block, and Seethamma block. Structure of the college is good and neat. In classroom, around 70 students can sit and there is one podium for faculty. There is small library type section in the class. In the campus, there is one separate block for library, which is called Ruby block, and there are two seminar halls. Many students gather at the canteen and there are many other facilities in the college for food such as fast food stalls, pani poori, tiffin centre, and juice point.

Campus life in BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women is good. It is engraved in the memory of every student in his or her life. There are many clubs like Toastmasters, NSS, EV club, and others. I have joined in NSS in the 1st year itself. For every festival before the vacation, our college conducts the event. Every year, fresher’s program is conducted for newly joined students. Recently for tenth anniversary, the college conducted a big event named as Decennial and that went on for 3 days. I have enjoyed my college in these 3 years and I am 4th year students now. I have to enjoy all these coming days.
