Overall Rating
It is below average institute not as I expected. The factor that made me chose this institute was direct admission criteria and one doesn't need to qualify any exam. In other institutions you are required to write an exam to get admission, but here it doesn't require anything you have to just show your JEE mains result. They don't check the percentile you got. They just take your documents and the admission is done.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen Computer science and Engineering branch. My motive is to become a software engineer. Academics doesn't prepare us for real life experience There are 2 internal exam and a end of semester exams. The institute is autonomous so the paper is made by the institute The management is not well organised The syllabus is easy the style of teaching as well.
The fee structure. Tuition fee - Rs. 1,12,000/- per year and Registration fee is Rs. 2,500 per semester. There are State scholarship for Odisha students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are well educated but most of them are assistant professor. They don't have much experience. The faculties are Ph.D holder or pursuing Ph.D. They usually teach on blackboard and sometimes discuss the topic in the class. The teacher student ratio is 1:60. They are somewhat approachable. They are approachable as the time required. Some have very good problem solving skills but some have nothing. Some only teach and do not interact.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is available in the college.
They bring companies to the campus.
The college provides pre placement training.
Average package is 4 LPA and the highest is 15 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA.
I didn't get any internship from the college.
 

Hostel Rating
The college offers hostel.
There are 100 rooms in a hostel and 200-300 hundred students.
There are separate boys and girls hostel with a long distance between them.
Mess is not hygienic like it should be.
Not a good experience inside the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There is an academic block in the campus. The campus is small and the locality is not that well organised. The classroom is not so big. The seating capacity is approx 70. Library and labs are available in the college. Seminar, Auditorium and Conference hall are also available. Canteen is also there, not all the sports are available only basketball court, volleyball court and badminton court is available. Transport facility is also available.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is not that well.
The campus is small.
The college is crowded because of the small campus.
There are not many clubs available.
No extracurricular activities available.
Sometimes food fest and tech-fest organized by the college.
A yearly fest is organised by the college called Kalakriti.
Not a good experience about the college life it seems bit off or we're missing on something that should be experienced.
