GNLU Gandhinagar: One of the top 10 NLUs in India

Overall Rating
The university is positioned among top 10 NLUs in India. It has best academic curriculum for UGs, PGs, and PhDs. The management is also quite good as it is approachable and performs well in their tasks. GNLU is situated in Gandhinagar, which already known for its greenery, as such you will get the best campus experience along with the course facilities from the side of authorities. Rest you will not regret to spend your precious years in such prestige institution. This university also has another branch in Silvassa, which is opened recently.
 

Academics Rating
My course is LLM. To take admission in GNLU, you have to appear in CLAT PG after the completion of LLB, a 3-year or 5-year integrated course. There are 67 seats. You get the options to choose among specializations like Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Criminal Law.
 

Faculty Rating
Every university known from its teaching style. Similarly, it has one of the best faculties in the country where they have great experience through number of years, participations and other background qualities. In the master degree course, It is also known for its Constitutional Law specialization among all top NLUs in India because of best faculty and from their teaching style. Most of them are professors and associate professors are having best educational experience.
 

Placement Rating
The university is maintaining its streaks in placement services over the years in the corporate sector. More and more students are getting the job opportunities from the tier 1 and tier 2 Law firms every year. In 2024, GNLU broke the records where they placed highest number of students.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel facility is separate for both boys and girls. The boys have two hostels one is boy’s hostel and second one is training residency. They provide best facilities from 24-hour power and water supply to internet facilities. The cleaning is done on daily basis. The best thing about the hostels is its greenery, which is all over it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the university is quite well. It provides all the required facilities that are needed to any student or a faculty. Shishya Bhavan and Guru Bhavan are being managed by the authorities according to the UGs and PGs. The three-floor library is the best one. Food courts have the best food.
 

Campus Rating
According to me, this university also provides the best campus life. The crowd, clubs, and fests, all are best. The fests are mostly organized by students and supervisors. They play an active role in both intra and inter universities. You may visit various places during your study at GNLU in Gujarat and explore it.

    Overall Rating
    GNLU is a brand in itself. It has been accredited Grade A by NAAC. It is one of the top public law schools in India. In terms of rank, you can say it’s around 6th in the overall ratings. GNLU admissions are through the common law admission test held annually. Also, one important factor for most students can be fees. The fees is around 2.30 lakhs per year.
