Amrita University: My Journey

Overall Rating
I am currently studying in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in B.Tech first year. I love studying here. I was actually searching for some nice Institute after my board exam. At that time one of my family member recommend me to join Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. I too searched about this Institute on the internet. It looks good and the placements are also good. I will recommend all to join this Institute because this Institute is equally best for all the other activities it keeps hosting.
 

Academics Rating
B.Tech aid is the course I have chosen. We have to write AEEE exam to join this Institute or you have an option of paying six Lakh per annum. To be eligible for this option an aspiring candidate must have 75 percent in your board exams. This aid course is becoming famous everywhere in the world. In AEEE exam we need to secure rank below 1,000 to be part of this course. This course is fully based on practical's not on theory exams.
 

Faculty Rating
For this course I had seven subjects and all the faculties are good and polite with us. All the teachers are from good background and many faculties are from Kerala, few are from Tamil Nadu and north. Many teachers stay in Quaters and they will clear all your doubts politely without hesitation at any time. For different semester the faculties get changed. The teaching process is also good at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has a placement cell. It really helps our students to acquire jobs in the industry. During corona in many Institutes the placements were low but in Amrita the placements were good.
 

Hostel Rating
There are many hostels in our Institute and each hostel is for each batch. The hostel warden is also very good with us. We cannot go out whenever we want. We need to apply for pass before 24 hours to go out. The food provided by this hostel is also worth it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
This Institute got an award for best keeping Institute and green Institute. The building is quite old but it is well maintained by the handling staffs. There are many sports and events held in our Institute in which many other Institutes participate. The Institute is very well maintained and there is dustbin everywhere in the campus so that the surroundings remain clean. The students will also help in keeping the campus clean and there is a separate department to maintain this cleanliness.
 

Campus Rating
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is equally maintained in all events and social activities. We have many clubs and fests. The main fest is ‘Anoka’ where all the students will showcase their talent in this three days event. In this event we will have dance, music, and some concert also. The life at the campus is overall awesome and good. We enjoy a lot in this Amrita Institute more than any other Institute. We are equally maintained in this Institute.

    I feel very comfortable here. This university and the people I met in the university all made me to feel at home. The pleasant atmosphere gave me a vibrant experience. The green campus is so pleasing to the eyes. The culture in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is always at top. We can meet people from various parts of India, even from abroad too.     Actually the university is best. Usually I have only 5 classes every day. Placements are good here. Usually you will have one midterm between semesters.     Actually, I was not even ready to join B.Tech. Later my parents convinced to join B.Tech with Artificial Intelligence specialization in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. I chose this university because there were very good reviews about this university. After completing 12th grade, I started preparing for JEE Main as well as AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam).
