KIIT Bhubaneswar Campus is Modern with World-Class Facilities

KIIT is one of the best engineering institutes with a massive campus of above 600 acres. The classes are very modern and the hostels are very good. You can get hostel as per your affordability and the mess food is also good. There are study rooms in hostels and the library is huge. There are many fests which will never let you feel bored. The classrooms have AC.

To get into KIIT you have to clear KIITEE Exam. There is a 75% marks criterion in class 12th and with all this you will be admitted in KIIT. After the exam they will call you or give you time to reach them and within the allotted time you should go to the college to inform whether you will be joining or not. They also take 75,000 for counseling which latter they compensate with laptops and other accessories that are given to you in the university.

Here, teachers are good and they allow you to reach them whenever you are having any doubt. They try to complete the syllabus within the time. They give special attention to the student who takes late admission. They give extra class if it is required for the student. And most importantly they give very good internal marks. Lab teacher are very helpful and always take care of the student.

Yes we have placement cell in the institute and the placement records are improving every year. Over 700 plus companies visited for campus placement of 5000+ eligible students from KSOT, KSOM, KSRM, KSBT and KSOL and approximately 5585 offers were generated. Overall placement conversion was 83.06% considering all schools. For KIIT School of Technology, 3125 plus job offers were made by 390 plus companies. Out of these, approx. 1500 plus were dream offers with an average CTC of 8.50 LPA. Aside, 1000 plus students bagged multiple offers. Maximum number of 184 plus offers was made by High Radius followed by Deloitte with 148 whereas highest CTC of 53 LPA was offered by Yugabyte. More than 228 companies offered CTC of 5+ LPA, wherein 134 companies offered CTC of 10 LPA and more. Also, more than 1500 paid internship opportunities were generated. Around 161+ companies visited KIIT School of Management for placements of MBA students, highest CTC was 19.35 LPA and average CTC was 9.00 LPA. In total, around 331 offers were generated. School of Bio Technology SBT recorded 85% placement with substantial proportion of students opting for higher studies. Over 43 companies participated in the campus placement drives. Over 65 firms and companies from across India considered the candidature of the students from the 2024 graduated batch of the School of Law. Notable law firms such as Wadia Ghandy & Co., Bharucha & Partners, and ElpeeCo. and corporate like TATA Power, HDFC Ergo GIC, and Jindal Steel and Power Limited, visited the campus for recruitment. The highest package offered was 10.20 LPA, and over 67% of the students received career opportunities, with an average CTC of ₹5.00 LPA. In School of Rural Management, 68 companies visited for the batch size of 138 students. The highest package offered was 18 LPA and average CTC was 6 LPA. It achieved a record placement 100% of the students.

The hostels are good special. The girl’s hostel at taken care very much the warden is very caring you will never feel like you’re outside your home. It's very hygienic and they come very often to clean the rooms, the washrooms are very clean and hygienic. The food is also very good.

The infrastructure of KIIT is superb. KIIT has a lush green campus. In the campus there are many trees and all. The gardens are very beautiful, parks and Rose gardens are there in the campus. There any sculptures in the architecture building in the campus are also very famous. Modern buildings and classrooms has a different aura. Every campus has its own auditorium. Beautiful fountains are also there. KIIT has one of the best infrastructures among the engineering colleges here.

There are many societies like dance society, singing society, anchor and drama society in KIIT which you can join according to your passion. The first organised in a very well manner. When you will go you will be welcomed by the fresher’s party. Different occasions are celebrated in the campus like Ganesh Chaturthi; Independence Day, Saraswati Puja, etc. there are different playing ground. Many international players come out from k IIT.
