B.Com hons. from Hansraj College

Overall Rating
If you want to do B.Com Hons. and BA Eco Hons. Or combination of commerce and eco, Hansraj is the best choice for sure. You will get help from seniors, great infrastructure and some good teachers as well. Societies add to this a lot. Tier 1 societies will help you to develop lot of skills and side by side holds mentorship sessions which are very helpful.
 

Academics Rating
Hansraj College is considered as one of the best college. If you want to pursue this course after NEP, things have got lot smoother and interesting. Though you find college too hectic due to assignments and most importantly presentation in each and every subject. These will help you to develop a lot of skills. Coming to societies for which Hansraj College is known for. It will provide a lot of skills and new experiences for you.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the teachers here are good but you will encounter some average professors. Style of teaching is good. We do have a good infrastructure for teaching which helps a lot. Seminar rooms, each class is equipped with projectors, etc. Many of you will love this college if you get admission but a general advice avoid disrespecting teachers, as they have a lot of things in their hand.
 

Placement Rating
We do have a placement cell at Hansraj College which does great work. Many big companies come here for hiring for almost every job profile. Specifically for B.Com Hons. you have a lot of opportunities.
 

Hostel Rating
We do have a hostel in our college. I haven't taken the hostel, so can't tell much. But right now hostel is about to get renovated next year so, it will get better.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We have a decent infrastructure, though campus is so small as compared to other top colleges but definitely new blocks are way better. Every class has 2 to 3 AC’s depending on size of the room. A block classes have 4 AC in their room and new block have centralized AC. You can imagine how good the infrastructure is. Library is also too good, everything is online now and books are issued directly though your card and it only stores all the information.
 

Campus Rating
It's great to be honest. You will create lot of memories if get admission in this college. No doubt it is one of the best campus. Don't worry about ragging. it is a safe campus for sure. A dedicated committee for ragging is appointed which prevents all these things and a dedicated committee for women protection as well. So you will enjoy your campus life a lot here.

    Hansraj College is indeed the best college. We get all the facilities, basic or otherwise. Our library is really resourceful and canteen is hygienic. We have facility of hostel for both boys and girls but I've not availed that facility.... Read Full Review

    I always had a dream to study at University of Delhi as it is one of the most prestigious universities in India for Commerce. When I was allocated Hansraj College it was a dream come true for me. Hansraj comes at 2nd position after SRCC for best college for Commerce. My experience here is quite overwhelming with academics and societies.     My overall experience at Hansraj College is decent. I have chosen Hansraj College because I have heard about it a bit. As I was an IIT aspirant, I was preparing for JEE mains by online medium. I cleared the mains exam cut off but didn't appeared for JEE advance and because I was already a dropper I choose to give CUET in 2023 and got nearly 97 - 98 percentile in each subject.
