Good faculties and great lectures

Overall Rating
Choosing Lady Shri Ram College for Women was one of the best decisions I've made. The vibrant campus life, dedicated faculty and opportunity for personal growth made my experience truly transformative and if you are coming from a small city like me, then trust me you'll get a bundle of exposure for real at LSR. From classes to engaging in societies and events, every moment shaped me into a more confident and driven individual. So, if you dreamt something big and want to shape your personality then you must join LSR.
 

Academics Rating
My course is Economics (Hons.) the course you must study math / accounting as a compulsory subject, only then you'll be eligible to get admission in economics honors. In this course you'll study subjects like Microeconomics, Mathematics, Econometrics and development economics. I enrolled in this program because first, it is the finest course at LSR and a highly reputed one. Also, it aligns with my career goals, policy and finance. So if you're someone who wants to build his / her career in consulting, finance then you should definitely go for this course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is good here. There are many teachers in the department, and they teach really well and are always available for the students. Also, you can take an extra class / doubt class if needed. Professors are highly qualified, approachable and deeply committed to students' academic and personal growth. They sometimes use presentation methods or PPTs for solving our problem by visualizing it. They encourage critical thinking, foster engaging classroom discussions and provide continuous support outside of lectures.
 

Placement Rating
The Placement Cell of LSR is outstanding. The highest package was 48.9 LPA last year. It works tirelessly to bring top recruiters across sectors like consulting, finance and research. Companies like Deloitte, McKinsey and EY regularly hire from campus.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel was not available this year and last year as well because of the renovation.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good. The campus is well-maintained with modern classrooms and the classrooms are big and fully ventilated. There is a well-equipped library which is fully furnished with a huge sitting area and AC in the library, well-maintained computer labs with good quality computers. There are common rooms for speaker sessions or group discussions. A lot of greenery can be seen around the campus which seems beautiful.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life at LSR is vibrant and the crowd is amazing and full of opportunities. The college offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including cultural fest called Tarang, sports and student run societies. There's also an economics department fest known as Econvista which is full of competitions and fun. There are many NGOs based projects inside the campus run by the students which provides a lot more opportunities compared to other colleges.

    If you are getting LSR, go for it without any second thought. It is one of the most reputed and prestigious college for arts and commerce in India.
