JECRC foundation review

Overall Rating
There is more freedom to students in Jaipur engineering college and research center than any other Rajasthan Technical University affiliated colleges. You can go in and out of campus freely. It also holds good ranking in Rajasthan among other colleges. It’s located at outskirts of Jaipur on Main Tonk Road, plus there are no good public transportation available.
 

Academics Rating
Academic syllabus of departments like Artificial Intelligence, computer science, Information Technology and Data Science Engineering are up-to-date and are new. For other departments like Electronic and communication engineering, Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical engineering syllabus is Outdated and Old. The old syllabus cannot help you in your job scenario. For students of this department you have to self study to get placed.
 

Faculty Rating
Some of the Faculty members are very helpful and they have full knowledge along with lots of experience in there corresponding fields. Lots of other faculties are not that helpful.
 

Placement Rating
No, The placement cell is present but they don’t help you if after being selected you don’t receive the offer letter.
 

Hostel Rating
Old infrastructure and the mess food is mediocre.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Half of the infrastructure is old and ancient. They don't have washrooms on some floors, ventilation in some classroom are not good. Half of the infrastructure on the other hand is new. Very nicely constructed and there are good cafeterias and apart from NBC.
 

Campus Rating
Nothing before coffee is newly opened there so you can enjoy good coffee, crowd is good except facilities. You will enjoy crowd there. Fest name is Renaissance, you can search for it. Renaissance is 3 days long JECRC foundation fest in which they are increasing fees every year, and apart of this monthly and bi weekly events are organized there regularly.

This m,ade me choose this particular Institute in Jaipur. This college offers B.Tech in 8 courses which are CSE, CSE(AI), IT, AI&DS, ME, CE, ECE and EE.   • JECRC College Admissions through JEE Mains Score

    As I am a student at JECRC, I can tell you that it is the best college if you are considering to pursue B.Tech from Jaipur. I chose this college as it is in the metro city and I wanted to pursue my higher studies. Jaipur is a great city, environmental wise. All the students that you are going to meet are good as they come clearing the JEE Mains with the average cutoff ranging from 85%-94% in JECRC. So don't worry about your batch mates....     It's a good college with less fee and with decent packages. Campus is well established and lush green. The director and other head authorities and teaching faculties are very supportive towards the students. Seniors are also very supportive towards their juniors. The campus placements are good.     The Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre is an RTU affiliated institute. This was my prime reason to join this institute. Since this is a semi-government college, the fees are minimal and the degree is issued under the name of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. The college offers a collaborative environment....   • The biggest fest of JECRC: Renaissance.

    College life is good. The placement opportunities are so good and it also provides CRT (Campus Recruitment Training), which is very helpful for the students to get placed. They provide 25-30% discount on fees if paid earlier. Renaissance Fest is also organised that has different sports options. It is one of the greatest events of Jaipur.... Read Full Review
