IIL through my point of view

Overall Rating
This institute is graded NAAC A + which is there for a reason. It has a good reputation particularly in the state of MP, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. The course I have chosen is B.A.LL. B and the classes are maintained well here. The experience here is going quite well and they have different functions and events for the students. This includes an induction program of three days then freshers moot court, Lex Bonanza or law fest, etc.
 

Academics Rating
The course I am pursuing here is B.A.LL. B for which the fee is Rs.1,50,000/-. The entry requirement here is that they conduct the IILET exam and those who get good marks get a scholarship here. They conduct exams such as mid-term, crash courses and PAT. Semester exams are for 60 marks and 40 marks go for internal for which there is a grand viva, paper presentation, etc.
 

Faculty Rating
Every faculty we meet has a different style, some like practical approaches while some like theoretical approaches. Many faculty here come as freshers whereas some are those who themselves have graduated from different NLU’s. The faculties also help students to participate in different competitions. We have moot sessions, research sessions, etc.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a Placement Cell which is known as Career Development Cell. They provide internships to the students according to the CV that they have built. Likewise for the freshers they recommend going to DLSA's. There are many students who were placed at big law firms.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are residential facilities there in the institute, a separate hostel for girls and boys. The facilities here are good. We have double sharing and triple sharing rooms according to the room students want to stay in.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are different buildings here. All of them are in the same campus. There is a staff room, skill development Cell room, etc. We have a library but on the topmost floor. There we get access to different law bases such as Manupatra, SCC online, etc. We also get books there which can be issued and have to be returned back.
 

Campus Rating
There are several societies and clubs here. We can participate through elections. These clubs and society have different goals. The crowd here is good. There are different fests which happen here such as Lex Bonanza, induction for freshers, freshers moot court wherein they invite different advocates and judges from different colleges to judge. Overall, the experience here is good.
