Great faculties at CU

Overall Rating
This university is good in case of the placements and faculty is great. They support students and encourage them. Campus life is also happening along with good infrastructure and diversity of people, many international students study in this university. We have a DCPD department which helps in better placements for the students.
 

Academics Rating
The entry requirement is not so much as it is a private university, but you need to pass 12th and one exam is conducted which is not compulsory but if you want a scholarship then you can appear for that. The course I am pursuing is Computer Science Engineering and it's an amazing experience to learn new things and build technology. My motive for enrolling in this program was due to my interest in coding.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is good and is well-educated. The style of teaching is amazing as they tell interesting examples while teaching. Though they focus more on theoretical framework, which is also interesting. The language used by the faculty is mostly English because some students are international, and some students don’t understand Hindi. Their main focus is to clear concepts of the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a Placement Cell which is called DCPD. They provide extra books and extra classes for the purpose of better placements on campus. The summer and winter camps conducted are very good and useful.
 

Hostel Rating
I do not live in the hostel but in a flat. So, I don't have any idea about the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the university is amazing as the blocks are well-maintained and even the parks, gardens and food courts are also well-organized and clean. The libraries are beautifully designed and the wi-fi facility is also provided in the university. The classes have duct facility too and the labs have AC. D-Block is the most beautiful and organized block.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is the best in the university as the area is so big that one can find both peace and entertainment. The best thing is the engagement of the students with each other. Evening life is perfect with dim lighting, sports facilities and people playing music around in the parks. Everyone enjoys themselves. The crowd is a little more as the university is filled with students. The clubs are organised which includes C square club, event crew club, and even a department is there for co-curricular activities that is DACA.

    My experience at Chandigarh University is wonderful and memorable. It focuses more on practical and that doesn't mean it avoid theory, it balance the theory and practical. For a Law student, it's necessary that there is practical exposure with theoretical knowledge.     I chose Chandigarh University because of the reputation it holds. The campus is really huge, and infrastructure is top notch. Each and every facility is available in the campus. As a law student, the law building is well equipped with big library and a good moot court which gives a vibe of a real court. Curriculum is designed in a really good way. Overall University is good.     Here, campus life is too good for students. They organize many events for the students’ development. There is a balance between studies and co-curricular activities. Clarity of concepts is given by the faculties by which they stand out from others. Also, the teachers have a good teaching experience.
