Review about GNLU Silvassa

Overall Rating
College is good. The overall academic thing that one student needs is good. Get chances to participate in national competition and conferences. Very lovely environment of the campus. As it just was established in 2023 so it is establishing its roots and getting better day by day. Administration is very helpful and it gives good opportunities to students. Many students get chances to meet big personality like Supreme Court Judges.
 

Academics Rating
This campus of Gujarat National Law University only offers BA.LL.B in UG and LL.M in PG. Entry for the same is through CLAT. We have two semesters in one year and Internal Continuous Evolution. Both marks are 50 - 50. There are several committees and clubs by which we get good exposures. Moot court committee and ADR committee are there which give chances to compete on national level.
 

Faculty Rating
If we talk about faculty, it is pretty good here. Some teachers are from GNLU Gandhinagar and some are newly recruited. We have separate faculty for BA and for law. We have assistant professors and TRA to teach us. Faculties give good support and interact on daily basis. Faculties are so helpful here and are open to advice anytime. Overall faculties give full support in academics and other activities like moots.
 

Placement Rating
As the college was established in 2023 so we don't have placement cell as of now.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are too good. Rooms are for two occupancies. Rooms get cleaned in every two days. We have the facility of good water supply and electricity 24 by 7.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Till now we do have one academic building which is 1.8km away from hostel and we have two buildings. In one we have girls hostel and in another boys hostel. In the academic block we have all the offices like admin office, deputy registrar office, library, moot court room, etc. The classes are also runed in that building. We also get access of different facilities like gyms.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good. In campus there has crowd from all over India. There are clubs that are super active. Clubs organize many fests like sport fests, fresher’s and other programs. Campus offers activities- co curricular, extracurricular and curricular. Get chances to meet big personalities like president, vice president, supreme court judges, etc. Fun activities and fests are also organized by the college which helps students to freshen up.

    Well, Gujarat National Law University, though a newly established NLU, has been competent enough in the Law field. The faculty, the Administrative Staff has been really very helpful and courteous to us. Though the infrastructure is not that large as compared to tier-1 National Law Universities, but for now it's enough because if keeping in mind academic and competition opportunities, which the students are getting then the infrastructure is enough....
