A Balanced Experience: Good Academics and Facilities, but can improve Placements

Overall Rating
I chose Chandigarh University because of its strong reputation in engineering and its modern infrastructure. My experience here has overall been positive, although there are some areas that can be improved. The academic environment was challenging, but supportive. It offers a good blend of theory and practical knowledge. The campus facilities include libraries and tech labs that are well maintained. However, the placement process could be more proactive as the competition for top companies was fierce.
 

Academics Rating
The curriculum for the B.Tech Computer Science program was rigorous and up-to-date with industry standards. There is a mix of theoretical and hands-on-projects, which gave me a well-rounded experience. The entry requirements were standard for top-engineering colleges with a decent score in JEE Main. The eligibility criterion was also clearly defined. I enrolled in this program because I wanted a deep dive into computer science and I was confident the University could offer a solid foundation in this subject.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members here were highly qualified and supportive and they arealways ready to help students in any sort of matter related to studies and other areas. I still remember Miss. Rubaljeet and Miss. Manjeet who always helped me in making me a perfect student of computer science. They used to teach in a way that always was liked by everyone and students always used to score good in Web development and ERP as these subjects were taught by these professional teachers.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are good but needs to be improved as for top companies some sort of standards are required. If this thing will be improved a level than this University will be in top 1 rank.
 

Hostel Rating
Actually, I was travelling to the University so into this matter, I can't say anything but yes my friends who were in hostel they used to say that hostel facilities are good and food is also good. I can also say that it would be good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure was good, well-designed walls and impressive classrooms. I liked the environment of the college. We used to feel positive vibes while being in the classrooms. Me and my friends spend a lot of time in canteens and cafeterias, even they are also very well-furnished. Additionally, the University has recreational sports facilities, a gym, central parks and cafeterias that cater to students.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is full of happiness, joy and full of experiences. It can teach you the lessons and if you learn those lessons then you will be easily able to survive in any situations. I believe that I have changed my life by joining this University. The crowd in the University is enthusiastic and friendly. All the faculties and students are like a family.

    CGC Landran is one of the most reputed colleges of Punjab which is affiliated to the IK Gujral, Jalandhar. There are a plethora of reasons why I chose this college; the first and foremost reason is that CGC is well known for its placements at many reputed companies.     According to me. This college is quite decent one. The infrastructure is good. When you enter the college you see a lot of greenery and flowers in the college. The water supply, electricity supply, and Wi-Fi supply is good in this college. The environment of the college is good. There are canteens in the college. This delivers good food at minimal rate.
