Merits & Demerits of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology

Overall Rating
PSNA College of Engineering and Technology has a mixed bag of faculty, which means some are very good and some are average. The PSNA has good placement record compare to any other colleges in Dindigul and Madurai combined. Those who want to study in Dindigul can take admission in this college. Otherwise, one can proceed to study in other cities like Chennai, etc.
 

Academics Rating
The academics of the college are average. It would be better if it tries to finish the syllabus on time so that students have enough time to prepare well for the exams.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculty members in the college have at least done Masters or Postgraduate in Engineering. Some of them have done some research work and have published their reports in well-known platforms. Although, all of them have immense knowledge in their field, some of them fail convey or put out the concepts thoroughly. Most of them are friendly with us while some are somewhat strict (only in academics).
 

Placement Rating
One of the reasons to join this college was its placements. Yet, in the recent years, it is drastically going down. Although, it is still impressive. Hope the management pays more attention and brings the placements back to its glory.
 

Hostel Rating
I am not a hostler.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure was somewhat okay. The infrastructure from outside is good but the infrastructure of our classrooms is not good as I expected. Our college has rainwater-harvesting facility. It has D cafe inside PSNA College of Engineering and Technology along with some teashops. In our college, the labs are also average.
 

Campus Rating
The college life is average to below average. The number of events and fests is low. The college needs to organize more activities for the students.
