Overall Rating
DAV College, Jalandhar has a reputed name and goodwill. I chose this college because of its name and the growth opportunities that this college had to offer. Other should also go for good experience of college life. You can learn many new things in this campus for your experience.
 

Academics Rating
College has many courses. I opted for B.Com (Hons.) in general category. I had to submit my 10th & 12th marksheet, and migration of 12th standard. In the college, the admission fee was around 10000 Rs. admissions are open in June and July.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members and the teachers are experienced in their own particular fields and subjects. They offer a very friendly environment, are really helpful and supportive. All the teachers focus on finishing the syllabus before exam and give their 100% to the students all the subject teachers focus on students if they attend the classes or not and they help the students to grow.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the college provides placements. Students get good placements in college.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, DAV College, Jalandhar has a hostel but I do not have much information about it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college is not that big. The campus has a few blocks in it for different departments like science block, commerce block, and arts block. There are many different classrooms in each block. Managements needs increase the size of the classrooms so that more students can be accommodated.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is good. It does have different clubs like debate club, science club, and language club for students and they can apply according to their interests. It also has NCC in air wing.

    DAV College is the one of the oldest & most prestigious colleges of Jalandhar. The fees structure is also affordable. The faculty and staff members are supportive and cooperative. The infrastructure is also good. The admission procedures are easier compared to other colleges. The college is affiliated to Guru Nanak University (Amritsar) and its certificate holds value....
