Overall experience in my institute is very nice and awesome. I have enjoyed a lot in this beautiful campus. All facilities like sports, academic, infrastructure are outstanding. Faculties are very experienced and very cooperative and friendly. Best qualities devices and instruments are available for the students in the campus. The reason due to which I have chosen this institute is its beautiful campus and commendable size. It is also one of the premiere technological institutions in our country and it is nearby to my home. Before choosing the institute, I thought it would be easy to adopt in the institute. I also recommend any other student from any part of country because campus culture is multi linguistic. All the students have great connections between all. Food and other facilities are also very good which will be very easy to adopt in the campus

NIT Rourkela offers total 14 B.Tech programs along with integrated basic Science courses. Eligibility criteria to get admission this institute is that applicant must pass class 12th and equivalent level examination from recognized board. Candidates must appear in JEE Main in that year with a good percentile and candidate should do counseling properly in counseling portal. Maximum 2 drops allowed after 12th to appear in JEE Main exam. All the courses have wide variety of future career opportunities, so it will be very helpful to all the students who are enrolling in institute and placement statistics of every branch is quite commendable. Campus’s environment is so nice so that every student can achieve his or her maximum potential and a good bright future.

Faculties in NIT Rourkela are very well learnt and very highly qualified. All the professors have completed PhD degree from some premiere institutes. All the professors are very well experienced and very cooperative to the students. They also help as a friend to solve our problems and help us to achieve our maximum potential. All the professor has a unique style of teaching, and all professor explains all the concepts from very basic so that students can easily grasp all concepts. They also use modern technology methods in teaching like they use 3 d diagrams, smart boards etc.

Placement statistics in every branch in NIT Rourkela is amazing. Every branch provides almost equal opportunities in technological field. Placement statistics in core branch is slightly better than noncore branch. Some of the branches also have record of 100% placements. Our dedicated placement cell helps students to be connected with industry and help to get internship in leading industry of our country. The cell also give various course related to placement and guides a lot to get a good placement.

Yes, we have residential facilities in our institute. Each hostel is very well maintained and well equipped with all facilities like reading room, music room, TV room, etc. Every room in each hostel is shared by two members. Each hostel has its own mess facility. Each hostel also sports facilities along with a well-maintained GYM. Each hostel also has day and night canteens, which helps students to purchase their daily needs. Hostel life is quite amazing and it feels not less than a home.

Infrastructure is quite amazing. Its campus consists of two lecture hall complexes. There is also a well-dedicated central library present where we can find all types of books and journals. There are also well-equipped laboratory for each respective departments and all laboratories are well equipped with advanced modern technological devices and instruments. NIT Rourkela’s campus also has a dedicated student activity centre that helps students to follow their passion and enhance co-curricular skills of students. Institute is also accommodating a institute counseling service centre, which helps tee deal students mental health related problems. Campus is also accompanied by a health centre.

Campus life is very nostalgic and unforgettable. Campus is completely ragging free. Each students share a connection of goodwill among each other. It has very good clubs. There are majorly societies like technical society, cultural society that helps institute to manage all clubs in the campus. Campus also organizes various fests from time to time as if technical fest, cultural fest, etc. energize students and refresh the minds of the students. Overall campus has every facilities. For sure, NIT Rourkela will provide all opportunities and facilities to his student have to achieve their maximum potential for their bright future and to follow their passion.
