Delightful Experience at IGDTUW

Overall Rating
I am having very amazing time at my university so far. The seniors are very supportive who help and guide you lead a successful and fun campus life. The professors are also very kind and helpful. There is not a lot of pressure of assignments and deadlines. I have had a smooth and sailing years 3 of university. If one decides to come to this university, you would find ample of opportunities and societies that you could join ranging from technical to sports societies.
 

Academics Rating
The B.Tech course at my time had choice based system where you have options of choosing what elective you want to study. It is very nicely structured and as for my branch, it covers mostly, all the basic subjects, which need to be covered to get a good knowledge of the branch. The entry requirements into B.Tech are to appear for the Joint Entrance Exam Main conducted by NTA and get a rank around 13000 and 28000. One must also have about 60% marks in their board exams. There is also sports quota available for national players.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very nice and helping. They have a good command on the subjects they are teaching. You can also work under some professors for a project or even with PhD students if you wish to write a research paper. They are mostly available to help you with not only academics but also other things that you may require in the future. The style of teaching is very school like and friendly.
 

Placement Rating
One of the major reasons to join IGDTUW is its university placements. They are excellent and have almost 100% placement statistics. Not only it has this record but they also helped you get internships after your third year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
IGDTUW itself is very small but it is joined with another university AUD. We do have a ground, two small canteens, a basketball court, badminton court, table tennis room, and a GYM in the hostel. There are 04 -05 different department blocks where the classes are run for all the branches. We do have an auditorium where all the major events happen. A computer center, a library, and many more things are available.
 

Campus Rating
We do have a very marvelous cultural fest called ‘Tarangaana’ where singers like Neeti Mohan, Javed Ali, and Shaan have come and performed. Apart from that, we have literature fest, technical fest and sports fest as well. All of the fest is one to live for. On a day-to-day basis, certain societies keep organizing some events, which keep us engaged.

    IGDTUW is an all women's university. It is a decent university which accepts B.Tech students through JAC Delhi based on their JEE Mains score. IGDTUW has a good placement rate and the campus is Decent too. Although many improvements are needed. Many teachers are good at teaching their respective subjects. The faculty is fine too.   • IGDTUW: Courses, Fees, and Opportunities
     

    Overall Rating
    The overall experience is good. IGDTUW provides a variety of courses such as B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, BBA, MBA, etc. The average and highest packages are increasing every year. 1.2 CPA CTC was the highest international package the previous year. I feel the college will be introduced higher packages if the student is bona fide, skilled and has good communication skills.     IGDTUW is famous for its placement records in the past years. Companies come here specially to recruit women. So anyone should come here just because of the placement opportunities offered, if eligible. Another reason is that the college is a government college, so the faculty, education and everything else is completely reliable and trust worthy.
