Experience at Galgotias University

Overall Rating
Galgotias University is best in Greater Noida with huge opportunities for students in every field. This University involves you in extracurricular activities so you get to socialize with others. Galgotias management is so good and it is spread in approximately 55 acres of land. Galgotias gives more opportunities to students rather than involving in studies.
 

Academics Rating
This University takes admission on the basis of eligibility criteria in different courses. The eligibility criteria is 60% in B.Tech, CSE and it is different for different courses. You need to maintain a good CGPA in semester to be eligible for placement criteria. I think in Greater Noida most number of companies visit only in Galgotias University with a large opportunity.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are too good in Galgotias University. They always encourage you to get something out of studies and do something of your own good. Clubs and techo jam are also present in Galgotias University. Clubs provide attendance if you're involved in club events at the time of classes. All the management faculties are well educated ex IItians and some are previous UP toppers.
 

Placement Rating
We have a placement cell in our University. The placement focuses on the students to make students interview round easier. The placement cell trains students for interview in different companies. Different companies have their own interview round and the cell makes us ready for it.
 

Hostel Rating
The University hostel consists of more than thousand seats. We have a mess open 365 days. The hostel is in the campus known as D block. All type of rooms and facilities are available. There is a cafeteria in front of D block hostel. Top features of security are there in the hostel. The cleaning staffs clean the rooms on daily basis.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Galgotias University includes 5 blocks named as A block, B block, C block, D block and E block whereas A, B, C, E blocks are used for studies and D blocks is hostel but there it is also used for sports classes or laboratory classes. The blocks have every possible courses management present and we have HOD cabin on every floor of the block. Galgotias University is vast in size and it also has a basketball court, a turf court, badminton court which makes the ground look so good and manageable.
 

Campus Rating
This University has somehow crowded life because this it provides opportunities for every course which attracts students to get admission into it. There is a lot of crowd in this University and this leads to reduce classes in the week. You need to attend 4-5 days classes in a week which are good for students to get involved in other activities.

    I am studying in galgotias University from 2024 it is located in greater noida Uttar Pradesh since 2011 in this University variety of courses is available like engineering , management , law and different type of medical courses like Bachelor of pharmacy , bachelor of physiotherapy and nursing .     There are many reasons for which I joined this university. The university is located in a quite great place when it comes to getting technical and work exposure. Delhi is really close and many travelling places are close by. Also, fests used to happen but now they are all declining both in quantity and quality.
