Overall Rating
This Institute is the best allover west Bengal. It is a heritage Institute of Technology and it comes under top 5 Institutes. The campus and classroom of this here are too good. The faculty is decent and they explain the chapter very well. Library of this Institute is huge. It has seating capacity of almost 200-300 students.
 

Academics Rating
My course in this Institute is information technology. This course is obtained by clearing WBJEE exam. This exam is held in April and registration for the same starts in December. To be enrolled in Heritage Institute of Technology, the minimum rank required is approximately 4500 in WBJEE exam. At this rank you can be enrolled in IT course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of heritage institute of technology is highly qualified. Most of them have advanced degree like M.Tech and Ph.D. Our faculty comes from IIT's, NIT's and other Universities like Jadavpur University, etc. They are expert in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc. They emphasis on student participation during lectures and they are encouraged to ask questions and engage in discussion to understand the concepts. For theoretical subject the lectures are detail oriented.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of Heritage Institute of Technology actively bridges students and industry by organizing placement drives, internship and skills building sessions. It collaborates with top companies like TCS, Infosys, Tejas, etc. They offer roles in IT, core engineering, etc. It provides training in aptitude communication and technical skills to enhance employability.

    If you didn't score well in your JEE or WBJEE, then you can choose this college. Maybe it’s the best private college in Kolkata. Placement here is decent and the faculty members are average.     Overall the Institute is beautiful. The location of Institute is perfect with good campus area. I would recommend people to join this Institute. If you don’t get Jadavpur then this Institute should be your second choice. It was a good decision to join this Institute. Here people of same intellect are found with whom you can vibe.     I have spent 2 years in this institute and my overall experience is pretty good and decent. I think according to me this is one of the best private institutes in West Bengal and that's why after completing my 12th, I choose this institute to pursue my B.Tech degree in CSE and it needs quite a good rank in WBJEE as well.
