My Personal Opinion on Amal Jyothi College of Engineering

Overall Rating
Overall review of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering is good. I would recommend this college to my friends if needed. Here, we have all facilities for a student to study. As the college is now autonomous, students have more freedom.
 

Academics Rating
Syllabus for students under KTU is a bit hectic as compared to students under autonomous status. KTU students have huge syllabus and shorter semester. That is why it is hectic. Autonomous students have long semester and they have no frequent exams. They can relax a bit. Exams are also bit easy.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculties are good. They provide all support to the students. Most of them are very friendly. They are well educated and have the capability of teaching. Most of them do teaching as a part of their passion. Some of the faculties from my department were ex-students of this college.
 

Placement Rating
Placements take place every year. Many reputed companies come to our college and interviews are conducted. Minimum of five to ten students will be placed with minimum salary of 30000 per year and maximum of 60000 per year as starting range.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is good clean and hygienic. Hostel will be cleaned every week by room service. Rooms are provided with all basic facilities that a student needs. 24/7 Wi-Fi connection is also provided for study purpose. Food is not up to the level. It is average like other colleges.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering is excellent. It has classrooms with smart computer screens, department libraries, laboratories, open base, food court, games, hangout spots, etc. Campus is full of greenery. It is clean and hygienic as compared to other colleges. College has good GYM facilities with latest equipment. Facilities for different games like cricket football badminton, etc. are also there.
 

Campus Rating
Azure, Tech and few more are main fests of the college. They are arranged as a 4 to 5 days event. They are celebrated and conducted on a grand level. There is a management support in all festivals and celebrations. Friday night (DJ) is free for everyone who can stay on the campus till 10 PM.
