Overall Rating
Overall review of institute RKGIT is average. It is an affordable institute and provides placement. Faculties are good in nature. Committees here are also helpful. I chose this institute because friend of mine studied from here and got placement with a quite good package of almost 10-14 LPA.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently pursuing B.Tech in RKGIT, Ghaziabad and it is my first year here. The entry requirements are not much. You can take admission through UPTAC counseling, after getting at least 70 percentile in JEE entrance. There is management quota, with which you can take director admission also. Minimum 45% in 12th boards are still compulsory. I have been studying Computer Science since class 5th and I am very interested in this stream. In first year, there are total five subjects.
 

Faculty Rating
Yes, we have placement cell named CRC in the institute. Its help we by providing proper guidance to make us prepared for interviews.

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostels in RKGIT, Ghaziabad. There are total 5 hostels. 2 of them for first year and rest 3 are for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students. My hostel life is going very good. I am enjoying every moment of my life here. Except the food, which needs to be improved? All type of facilities is available. Emergency medical services are also available. The infrastructure of hostel is average according me the building is getting old, which is why renovation is going on.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of my institute is good. Institute is made in 28 acres of land. There are distinct department of every course. However, all the fist year students attend cases in the same building, named H block. There is a library and stationary shop in the institute along with the reading room, which is available 24/7.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of RKGIT, Ghaziabad is very good. There are many clubs and societies. Institute also conducts fest and events.

    My overall review of the campus is not very good. I want to go to institutes like 'AKG' and 'JAYPEE', but my 12th PCM percentage was less and I could not pass the college criteria. I visited many colleges but could not find anything. My counselling percentile was also low which is why I could not get CSE in other colleges.     It’s an average college of NCR region. Good for Computer Science and Engineering Students. College has all the basic facilities and good infrastructure. The campus is not that much big but still it has playgrounds and courts with gym and canteen. Various extracurricular activities are organised on a regular basis in college campus....     I was searching all around for Engineering colleges. At that time I came to know about this college. My elder cousin brother also studied from this college. I think overall experience is neutral as it was neither very good nor very bad. If anyone asks me about this college to take admission I would say that take admission in the CSE (AI & ML) Branch....   • I regret as hell to be a part of RKGIT

    RKGIT has a good reputation but on almost all counts that I will answer in the review the college has failed to deliver. The college has a dress code of white shirt, grey trousers, and maroon tie, which students rarely follow. When I initially joined the college, there were no rules as we can come back at any time we want.
