Overall Rating
My overall one-and-a-half-year experience at this university has been average. Some of the faculties are very supportive and caring. My parents wanted me to go to this university because it is near our home, so my time won't be wasted by traveling to a long-distance university.
 

Academics Rating
This course is a 4-year course. All types of allied health science courses are available. For the admission process, they will ask for all types of documents (TC, birth certificate, nativity certificate, community, first graduate, mark sheets of both 10th and 12th, etc). For admission you must have passed all your board subjects. I took a physician assistant course, and it is pretty tough.
 

Faculty Rating
Our 1st year faculties are very talented and good at teaching but in second year we don't have a faculty for physician assistants right now. I hope they will find one soon. Classes are taken by the doctors for OG and pediatrics. The faculties teach in English or Tamil, whichever you are comfortable with.
 

Placement Rating
They don't provide any placement opportunities here.
 

Hostel Rating
I don't live in hostels but some of my friends said that the food served there is not up to the mark and laundry fee is expensive. Although the rooms are comfortable.
 

Infrastructure Rating
As this university was established in 2022, the construction work hasn't finished yet. The Medical University block is under construction including a nursing university, hostel and hospital. There is no separate block for Allied Health Science, we are allotted the Medical University block. There should be a proper ground so that during the rainy season, the area doesn't get muddy.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is pretty good; we enjoyed EKATRA 2023 (an annual sports meet and cultural event) and it was very grand. Each and every one of us enjoyed and loved it. There isn't much of a crowd and it is also a ragging free campus. We attended some of the conferences in other universities. Recently we did a 7 hour talk marathon about women violence in an attempt to set a world record and also achieved it. It went live on YouTube.
