Great learning environment

Overall Rating
Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women institute is located in Korangi, Kakinada district. The environment in the institute is awesome and the infrastructure is also good. I did my diploma and B.Tech from this institute. The faculties are very good at teaching.
 

Academics Rating
In my diploma and B.Tech course, I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering course because I have a huge interest in electronic subjects. To get admitted to KIETW, the student needs to appear in the EAMCET and ECET exams. EAMCET for intermediate students and ECET for diploma students which are directly enrolled in the 2nd year of the B.Tech.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very good and friendly towards the students. They guide students to get good marks in the Semester exams and also to get placement offers. The faculties were really helpful in the final year projects of my B.Tech.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the institute has a Placement Cell and Training & Placement Officer brings various companies for placements.
 

Hostel Rating
This institute has a hostel facility, and the hostel is very hygienic and well-maintained.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In KIETW, there is a huge library room with various textbooks. Separate blocks for departments are available, for example, ECE block is opposite to CSE block, and the ground floor rooms are used for labs like computer lab, electronics lab, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is awesome during both diploma and B.Tech, they conduct several fests and events occasionally like Abhiyaan and Hackathon for the new students. Many engagement activities also happen including debate, treasure hunt, quizzes, and group discussions.
