TKIET- The Engineering Hub in Kolhapur

Overall Rating
TKIET located in Warananagar, Kolhapur is one of the best institutes. The campus is so well spread and attractive that we often get visitors from surrounding schools. There is lots of greenery around and the "Nilkanth Garden" increases its charm even more. Every building of the institute has a mini garden of its own. It even has a park called "The Science Park" which is reserved for models that explain scientific phenomena. There are lots of attributes like these that add more to it.
 

Academics Rating
The academics are good. It offers talented students an opportunity to showcase their talent and build their career. In TKIET, you can do a lot of extracurricular activities, and the institute even supports you in that. The academic results of the institute are impressive and the achievements of students in sports and other activities are also astounding. The teachers are very supportive and friendly. In short, a student can find a perfect environment here to sprout.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is so nice; they're very supportive and cooperative, not just in studies but they can support in other things as well. On top of that, they're skilled professionals and they know their work. The professors are not just specialized in teaching but they're talented individuals and guides too.
 

Placement Rating
Every year Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering and Technology has 100% placement. The placement record is very nice and consistent. It's not like students get placed in any company, the companies that visit are very reputed. Every year the institute comes with new opportunities and plans to encourage students and help them build their career. The institute is planning to launch some international plans for students.
 

Hostel Rating
It has two big separate hostels; one is for boys, and one is for girls. Both are well-maintained and well kept. The girls’ hostel has 2 buildings and the boys’ hostel has several different buildings. The hostel rooms are also very good with not many students in one room. There is a mess facility available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The main institute building was built a long time ago but now there are several other buildings as well that support the main infrastructure. The main building is maybe old but the design makes it seem vintage. The classrooms are now getting digitalized, and the labs are clean and well-kept.
 

Campus Rating
The institute campus is so wide spread that it doesn't even feel crowded. The institute has so many clubs that provide an opportunity to students and help them to grow either academically or personally. It has an annual fest called "Spandan". It is a mixture of a variety of melodies like singing, dancing, fashion show and many more. Fresher’s party is also organised and the events that are organized here are nothing less than festivals.

    Overall Rating
    This is a quite good rated college in this region and not so disciplined but they will take appropriate action on students. The ambiance is not good at all and the infrastructure is normal, they do not have fancy architecture. The labs, workshops, and libraries are all well-equipped and the best part is that the faculty is knowledgeable but not advanced. And the placement opportunities are very high.
