All about Himachal's biggest college

Overall Rating
This is the biggest college of Himachal Pradesh and many students from different places come here to study. I am from Mandi district and I chose this college because it is near to my house. This college has a large campus, and it has a ground, canteen, and library. It offers courses like B.Sc, B.Com, B. A Hotel Management, B.Vocational, etc. This college also offers master's in arts, Commerce and Science.
 

Academics Rating
This college does not require any entrance exam, interview, discussion. Anyone who has passed their 12th class from HP, CBSE or ICSE board is eligible for this college.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are really good. They are interactive and open minded but are not that friendly with students. Few of them have done their Ph.D in their core subjects.
 

Placement Rating
Vallabh government college is a degree college, so the placement is not promised.
 

Hostel Rating
It does provide a hostel facility, but hostels need to be improved. The food in the hostel is fine. They have provided water and light facilities 24x7 but there is not a proper computer room in the hostel or a Wi-Fi system. Rooms are not enough for the hostel and the warden is strict at times.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are a lot of buildings. There is a canteen library a bank sports room it room science lab big playground and a lot of extracurricular activity. We have different blocks for every department. Academy block has a big examination hall. This college does not have any auditorium. It also has a parking.
 

Campus Rating
Our college has different types of clubs. The clubs are distributed on the basis of departmental and I personally joined as a member of math club. There are many occasions or extracurricular activities going on once or twice a month and an annual day also occurs in our college usually in December or sometimes in February.
