Academically inclined college with great exposure and opportunities

Overall Rating
In terms of attendance, the college is quite strict and the student needs to maintain at least 75% attendance which is quite hectic for most of the students. There are 2 internals exams and one semester end exams. The exams are really difficult. Almost 80% of the students are recruited and the average package is 5 LPA - 6 LPA.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Com because it gives an overview of all the commerce subjects. The curriculum is up to date especially since the college became Autonomous in 2020.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the teachers are very supportive and competent to teach better. They are approachable and also are great experts. However, some faculties can improve their teaching.
 

Placement Rating
The college holds good Placement records, and many students get placed with companies like KPMG, Deloitte, PwC and other CA firms as the top recruiters. I won't be appearing for campus placement as I want to pursue my higher studies.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility available so students have no option but to opt for accommodation outside the campus which is very costly in vile Parle
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is shared with Bhagubhai college and there is a Gymkhana present here. The environment and the locality are really safe for students. The cafeteria is average but there are many cafes in the nearby area. The library is also available.
 

Campus Rating
There are no outdoor sports facilities as the campus is very small except for Gymkhana. There are various clubs that students can join as per their interest. Fests and events take place all throughout the year like Arthimos , Umang, Milap, Arthashastra in which hundreds of students take part in.

    Narsee Monjee College has a very good brand name, excellent faculty and overall exposure is great. Curriculum is designed in a way that students get well versed with theoretical as well as practical knowledge.
