My experience at Oriental Group of Institutes

Overall Rating
The Oriental Group of Institutes is well known for its placements activities and great academic curricular results. It's a high class Engineering institute in central India with a great diversity of students from various states of India. It is very affordable to study here as its fees are low as compared to other Engineering institutes in Bhopal.
 

Academics Rating
The Oriental Group of Institutes offers various courses to students and one of which I am enrolled in is Bachelor of Technology from Computer Science and Engineering. The institute is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (RGPV). To get enrolled in this course, you need to qualify the JEE exam and pass 12th from any recognised boards in PCM stream.
 

Faculty Rating
It has great teaching faculties which help students in every manner for their successful career. The teachers have vast knowledge of their subjects and almost every teacher has patents of their thesis, theory or formula. They are well-educated, great teachers. The Student to Teacher ratio is 40:1 which is good enough.
 

Placement Rating
The institute has one of the best placement opportunities in Bhopal. It has a Training and Placement Cell which helps students with placement related queries.
 

Hostel Rating
The institute has 3 hostels and in which 2 of them are girls’ hostels and 1 is boys’ hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Oriental Group of Institutes has 5 colleges on campus in Bhopal, among them 2 are engineering colleges, 2 are Pharmacy colleges and 1 is management college. Apart from this, the campus has Greenery around it.
 

Campus Rating
The Oriental Group of Institutes has a great infrastructure as the campus is huge. It's a huge campus and it organises Techfest and many other events every 6 months. There are around 12-18 clubs including E-cell, SAC, NSS etc.
