Chitkara University: A Place to Explore your Potential

Overall Rating
The university’s environment is great. The facilities are also good. Overall, the faculty and the syllabus taught to us is also good. The university is open to diversity and inclusivity. It is also open to changes as it keeps on adapting to new market trends. Therefore, I will recommend this university to everyone. You can even visit the campus before enrolling. The food facilities are also great.
 

Academics Rating
The course covers Computer Science’s core subjects including Operating System, Database Management System, Computer Networks, Data Structures, etc. You need to score at least 60% in PCM subjects in your class 12th to be eligible for this university.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here in Chitkara University is great. The course contents taught to us is up to date and is often asked in placements.
 

Placement Rating
If you study well, it provides you decent placements as well.
 

Hostel Rating
Even though I am not a hostler, I have heard that hostel facilities along with mess facilities are also great.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the university is great. It contains more than 8 different blocks and the university campus is spread across 50 acres of land. There are excellent computer labs present in the university along with good sports facilities for students to practice or enjoy their time.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life here at Chitkara University is great. There are many activities and clubs to take part in. the university also organizes fests for students and invite excellent artists, actors and other big names. In addition, speakers are also invited to empower and guide the students on how to achieve their goal.

    My experience in this institute has been very amazing and very meaningful. I choose this college because of the curriculum and the sports facilities heard about it and would like to recommend about it to others.     Overall experience at Chitkara University is great except the fact that hostellers have to attend classes at night time i.e. 4:10-9:30, which is very inconvenient as most of us are not used to this shift in timings, but we still manage to study and have fun regardless. I chose this institute because it was close to my home and because I did my schooling from Chitkara International School.     My Overall Experience has been pretty average at Chitkara University. It both has its ups and downs. At one part, everything is great, you will make great friends, score well if you have studied for it, decent and helpful faculty, but on the other end some parts are not so great. For Example, many of the fests and events are only for the hostellers and not for the day scholars, even the access to gym and swimming pools are only available for the hostellers....
