My Experience in IMSEC

Overall Rating
Overall, the culture of IMSEC is more based on enhancing the academic skills during the starting years. After that they also are focused on skills. Overall, the HODS and faculties are friendly in nature. Institution is ragging free.
 

Academics Rating
College follows AKTU’s curriculum and students are strictly taught to get more SGPA. Teachers analyze your information and marks after all sessional exams. I remember that in first year, I had four sessionals and two test series lead to get good SGPA. It also focuses on internship program and trains us with those required skills.
 

Faculty Rating
Mostly faculties are well experienced having good knowledge of their domain. They are so experienced and cooperative to solve doubt before core exam days. Mostly faculty is PhD holder that reflects in their personality. There are at least eight or nine faculty members of each subject.
 

Placement Rating
IMSEC has separate community placement e-cell that notifies us for opportunities and helps to train for various skills.
 

Hostel Rating
Overall, experience of hostel is average. It offers quite good food. Rooms generally are in 3-seater with AC and non-AC preferences.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is below average. There are four blocks and one ground. It needs to work over constructing more labs with modern equipment.
 

Campus Rating
Environment of campus is very good in terms of both academics and others activities. College has also organizes zonal games in which all others colleges of Delhi NCR participate. We can participate and increase our physique level in many clubs. It also organizes fests so that we enjoy our college life too.

    Every place has pros and cons so the good thing about IMSEC is that it provides you with lots of opportunities. If you are able to catch those opportunities then it will go to help you in future.     I took admission in IMS Engineering College in 2023. I received positive reviews already from my friends and known people. The college is great if you want to enjoy a good college life. The fests that are held are great and intriguing. The classrooms are average and there is a room for improvement but the faculty really helps you out in your 1st year and makes you self-dependent to carry your journey forward for the rest 3 years....     My overall experience at IMS is average but the faculties are good. The infrastructure is good, and the college is accredited by NAAC. The fascinating thing is that they regularly conduct extracurricular activities and provide industry exposure to the students.
