Life in GITAM University

Overall Rating
My experience with GITAM University is very good. It is one of the best private universities for education.
 

Academics Rating
I am a CSE student. For getting a seat in this university, you need to write an exam of GITAM University, which is GAT exam (GITAM Admission Test). If you got good marks in this test, you will get scholarship along with the admission.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very highly experienced. They will guide you and clarify your doubts. They are so friendly. Each of them has PhD degree. Their teaching skills are outstanding and anyone can able to understand the topic easily
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell in GITAM University. Most of the students are getting selected. Top MNC companies like Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the campus during drive.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, it has hostel facilities. It charges up to 80000 INR per semester. For hostels, there are 3 blocks, namely A, B, and C. C block is for PG students. Both A and B blocks are for B.Tech students. The hostel infrastructure is very good and fully greenery. They are also having TV hall, playing basketball court, etc. In hostels, we have both AC and non-AC rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In university, we have so many blocks like A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and J. Apart from A, B and C blocks, all the blocks are for distinct courses. The environment of this university is so friendly and has very good infrastructure with high facility class rooms with ACs. There are labs for any experimental process.
 

Campus Rating
Our campus life is very good and I am so happy. Fests and events are organized regularly. All the fests and events are highly entertaining. Many celebrities and actors visit our university campus at the time of the fests. One of the biggest fests is ‘Pramana’.

    My experience at GITAM has been good and the faculties you get here are good. You will get everything regarding academics. One should make good use of all those.     GITAM University is well established in terms of academics as NAAC gave A++ and has good faculties that hold M.Tech and Ph.Ds and are well qualified. Their teaching approaches are also interactive and classrooms are well equipped with air conditioners and projectors. Labs are equipped with the latest computer configurations and they are very helpful. The huge library has various sets of books and a huge collection.
