One of the best universities

Overall Rating
I heard that Andhra University is a great university and among the top universities in India. I wanted to study in a good state government university and therefore, I chose this. There is so much to learn from college life. This is a world in itself.
 

Academics Rating
I took the university entrance test called AUCET and I did my integrated M.Sc in Applied Chemistry which includes both bachelor and masters degree. I have never been good at math and for obvious reasons my physics was also not my strong forte which is why I developed an interest in chemistry subject. I chose this course because I wanted theoretical knowledge to be applied in everyday life and this is why I chose applied chemistry which not only includes theory but also a practical approach.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are really knowledgeable and approachable. The style of teaching varies but the basic intention of making students learn the concepts which is really admirable, they do guide about the current situation of employment and how one should walk that extra mile to polish their skills to get a good and reputed job.
 

Placement Rating
Students are updated with the ongoing demands in the different companies and are encouraged for the placements. The teachers do share some great tips for the interviews.
 

Hostel Rating
The university has hostel facilities for both boys and girls separately. Some new buildings are constructed for the accommodations. Honestly, I was not satisfied with the food provided especially for dinner, but the breakfast options were far better.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is huge and full of greenery There are different academic blocks for different subjects. The buildings are of British times, we have an auditorium hall, library, canteens, and separate labs for different subjects. There is also a dispensary in the campus which looks after the needs of university students for free. The library has a huge variety of books available to rent. The administration office is separate from the other buildings.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is very old but beautiful in its own way and of course there has been a few changes over the years, but the foundation remains strong till date. Definitely a great experience for me.

    It is one of the prestigious universities in Andhra Pradesh. It was a roller-coaster journey being in this university. The faculty here is very experienced and the way they deliver education to students is very good. They explain in a way students understand. The infrastructure of university is good.     I firstly prefer this university for its good standards government University in the state. The university is built in the middle of the city of destiny Vizag. This university has very good connectivity to the city through transportation like bus and train. I am studying at Andhra University’s Engineering college. It consists of 6 different colleges.     Andhra University is one of the best colleges in the country and it the well recognized institution. Andhra University is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in the year 1926. It has received a score of 3.74 out of 4 and graded with A++ by NAAC. My choice of choosing Andhra University is that, it is one of the oldest and best public institutions.     Andhra University College of Engineering is very large in area and is located at the centre of the city. It is one of the best colleges to opt for pursuing higher education. University is equipped with many amenities like computer labs, library, basketball court, gym, cricket ground, etc. The university organises sports events and many other Government initiated programs.
