RVR and JC College of Engineering B.Tech Review By Udaya Bhaskar

It s a good college in Guntur. It’s almost among the top 5 colleges in AP. Great academics and coming to hostel, it is one of the best hostel for students coming from different locations. Hostel food is very good and is very neat and clean. The only issue is the monkey menace in the hostel. Coming to college, it is good for studies. Sports and extra cultural events are organised every month. There are some events where students get to participate and they can also get price money. College is surrounded with trees and has a peaceful environment.

It is a autonomous college and the exams is good. The things that I like in the college are the examinations. It is very strict and results are given within a week. Classes are digital and smart and the faculty is very friendly. Projects and assignments are also good

Faculty is very friendly and they care about each and every student. Most of the faculties are Ph.D and they have good knowledge and they explain very clearly. If you have any doubt, you can contact the faculty at any time.

Infrastructure is also good, college has WiFi and classes are digital with projectors and screens. library is also good with a lot of books like general knowledge and GATE, along with UPSC books. Library card is there to take books home for 30 days

Overall good but my final year placements are bit low like in year 2023 due to covid and recession. Few companies are coming for electrical and electronics branch and we have jobs in both core and software. Some of my friends are getting placed with good package.
