A Pleasant College Life of Last Year Student

Overall Rating
Sona College of Arts and Science has a well-built buildings and labs. The students can gain most of the knowledge by using these facilities to the fullest. The students also have access to well-maintained library in which many kinds of books are there with various subjects. The college is filled with greenery and it is an eco-friendly campus.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen the department of B.Com (Accounting and Finance) which is a well-versed course that focuses on the core subjects of Accounting and Finance. It newly inaugurated Department of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) which is a booming course in the city of Salem. The fee of the course is amounted to Rs. 30,000 per semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very friendly and students can easily communicate with the staff faculties for doubts. The staffs are mostly qualified with PhD, which is why they are very well knowledgeable.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is an important attraction of the college. The cell offers an well driven capacity which provides the top companies job offers to the students by which most of the students are been placed in the reputed companies.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel facilities are not much good because quality of food is not up to the mark.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Sona College of Arts and Science has a very well diverse infrastructure. It has many auditoriums like CV Raman hall, PG Auditorium, APJ Hall, etc. Nearly 250 students can work at a same time without any problems in 2 very big computer labs. The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi (need to improve the coverage).
 

Campus Rating
Sona College of Arts and Science conducts many kinds of programs every year. The main event of the college is 'So-naturals' that takes place every year. It has various club activities like Extension Club, Professional Club, NCC Club, Finance Club, Literary Club, etc., which contributes to the development of the students.
