My Experience in Future Institute of Technology

Overall Rating
The factors to choose Future Institute of Technology were environment, and its location. The campus was not that big, but very calm. For admissions, the students need to give JEE/WBJEE and select the institute or can take direct admissions.
 

Academics Rating
B.Tech CSE curriculum was comprehensive, encompassing core subjects like Programming Languages, Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management Systems, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, and Software Engineering. I chose this due to my passion for technology and problem solving. The field offers a wide array of career opportunities, from Software Development to Data Science and Cyber Security. I am particularly drawn to the potential for innovation and creating solutions that influences the society.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are highly qualified. Their teaching methods are very good, catering to various learning styles. Faculty members are accessible and supportive, offering guidance and feedback related to job, placements, and other area of interests on different fields. Semester exams are scheduled on time, as per MAKAUT. The exams are designed to assess understanding of core concepts and their application. They are fair and provide a good measure of academic progress.
 

Placement Rating
The TPO Cell tries their best to bring as many companies as possible so that everyone can be placed. We have recruiters like- Cognizant, Mind tree, Accenture, Wipro, Tata, etc. Highest Package is around 12 LPA and average is 4 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
As it is a daytime institute, there are no hostels. The institute gate closes at 5:30 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
For books, we have library and can access internet from dedicated Department's Lab Computer. The institute campus offers a canteen providing a variety of snacks and lunch options and cold drinks. The campus is very calm and clean. Future Institute of Technology has a 4-storey building, where we have labs and classrooms. There is also a volleyball court along with parking area.
 

Campus Rating
We have Annual Technical Fest 'UNiTRON' which is managed by Tech club('Tic-Tech-Toe') This clubs also has competitions on Robotics, Quiz, Treasure Hunt, Coding, Gaming, Painting, Hackathons, Bridge Building, Carnivals, etc. Annual Cultural Fest , ‘UNICORN’ is managed by Cultural club ('CulAkriti') which includes events like, Ramp Walk, Fashion Show, Singing, Dancing, Bands, DJ, Mic Stand, etc. Annual Sport Fest, 'KRIYOS' is managed by Sports club ('Sportron') which conducts events like, Football, Cricket, Badminton, Kabaddi, TT, Pull-the-Rope, Carom, etc.

    College presents a balanced mix of positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, it offers a conducive classroom atmosphere where students can engage in a variety of activities such as academics, sports, and research projects.
