My Thoughts on Dronacharya College of Engineering

Overall Rating
Quality of education is provided in Dronacharya College of Engineering. Overall, this college is worth joining.
 

Academics Rating
Courses like B.Tech (CSE, AIML, IOT, Block Chain & Cyber Security, Mechanical, ECE, ECS, and Robotics) and M.Tech are available for students. Not specific requirements are needed for admissions here. You can get directly admission here (without the need of entrance exam). However, if you want to get into CSE, you have to come early as seats of this department get filled fast.
 

Faculty Rating
Professors are good and supportive. They will guide you fully if you are going for Hackathon or any other competition. They will be with you during whole competition with you. In addition, most of them are well qualified. Their teaching style is ok. They can teach you whole syllabus if you go them and say you did not understand anything.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have placement cell in Dronacharya College of Engineering. It helps students to get placement.
 

Hostel Rating
The college had hostels but after pandemic, students preferred not to reside in hostels
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has a 3-storey main building. The ground floor is for first year students, first floor is for second year students, second floor is for third year students, and third floor is for fourth year students and also has library. The building has one lift (for teachers only). There are many computer labs and computer are in average condition. Apart from building, campus has two grounds.
 

Campus Rating
The only weak point of Dronacharya College of Engineering is its campus life. The atmosphere is mainly academic oriented, which means activities and events are not in huge number. One or two fests are organized in year.

    Overall experience in this college was good. First of all if I talk about academics, then this is the best college in Delhi NCR and in Gurgaon.     Dronacharya College of Engineering is located in Farukhnagar, Haryana. It is not in Delhi NCR. This college is mainly famous for the placement and their way of teaching. This college not having the extracurricular activities likes sports, dance, etc. I reside in Gurugram, Haryana and this college is best for me as I don't want to go outside this state. I prefer this college as it is having good placement record on paper and good record in the field of teaching.... Read Full Review

  • DCE has a great campus

    If you want to learn life lessons along with engineering than DCE can certainly help you with that. It helped me for sure because there was much to do beyond engineering at DCE. DCE is far ahead of its peers in Gurgaon like SGT University, KIIT College of Engineering etc. DCE was disciplined because no entry without I-Cards.   • Dronacharya College of Engineering increases student’s morale
     

    Overall Rating
    Not much to choose between the private universities of Delhi/NCR as more or less all is the same. There are few differences like some are too much into studies while some are just for fun. DCE though has kept the right balance. DCE organizes events every now and then and through that they keep students morale high. This helps student give their best as they stay in right frame of mind.
