Overall Rating
Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal (MANIT) is a prestigious autonomous institute established in 1960s with 650 acres of lush green campus, providing best academics with high rate of placement. Institute offers B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D programs in various disciplines. Under the guidance of director Dr. KK Shukla institute is performing really well and this year, the NIRF Ranking also went from 80 to 72.
 

Academics Rating
To pursue B.Tech course, one must qualify JEE Main conducted by NTA and also secure at least 75% in 12th boards. All 1st year students’ study the same subjects regardless of their branches. The institute focuses both on theoretical concepts and their practical application. The curriculum here is set with the standards of NBA and updated regularly.
 

Faculty Rating
Almost all the faculties are Ph.D degree holders while some of them are still pursuing. The institute conducts interview tests and recruits highly qualified professors that are beneficial for the academic growth of the students. They give their best to deliver the best content and make sure that the concepts are easily understandable. Faculties are easy to approach and willingly give their time to students outside the class as well.
 

Placement Rating
The institute has a separate Placement And Training Cell. For 2022-2023, the placement record was 80-90% and the highest package offered was 82 LPA and average package was around 12 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the institute provides residential facilities. For the 1st year students, H4 and H10 (C and D) blocks are assigned to boys and for girls it is H7 and H12 blocks. Each hostel has a separate mess and sports facilities like badminton court, volleyball, basketball, cricket, etc. There is also a vending machine in each hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
MANIT has a great infrastructure; buildings are designed according to modern architecture. Each branch has its own department and auditorium. There is a sports complex in which various sports facilities are available like gym, indoor sports, football, tennis etc. The lecture halls and seminar rooms are designed to accommodate large size batches and to deliver quality education.
 

Campus Rating
Here, the campus life is amazing. It has a mix of students from across the country, contributing to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere. The annual cultural fest Maffick occurs every year. On the first day, the Cultural society of ‘Roobaroo’ performs, on the 2nd day there is DJ Night and on 3rd day a singer performs. Some other festivals like Tooryanaad are celebrated and Inter hostel tournaments between the same year hostels are also hosted.

    The campus area is also very large so one can enjoy his/her campus life with adventurous outing. Hostel facilities are also decent. The academics of this institute are pretty modern and specific to industry. The Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) in India is known for its strong academic curriculum and excellent placement opportunities.     MANIT Bhopal provides a best environment for students to study as well as for improving their overall abilities. Every type of facility is provided in the campus.     According to me, MANIT is considered the best for ECE and the sports facilities are also good. There are various clubs and societies for our overall personality development. One should consider this university because it has many opportunities for the students. There is an E-Cell which is considered to be the largest event organised in central India.
