My experience at Sardar Patel University

Overall Rating
I don’t need to live in big cities like Bhopal and Indore to study because Sardar Patel University is near to my house. The teachers are so supportive, helpful and give the best life advice. The specialisation which I am pursuing is not common in other universities which is another reason why I chose this university.
 

Academics Rating
I'm currently pursuing my B.Tech in mining from Sardar Patel university. The eligibility to enroll in my course is that you need to score 75% in 12th with PCM. There are several documents you need for enrollment like income certificate, cast certificate, 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, Aadhaar card, migration and transfer certificate. In my village there is a mining company where my father and mother are working, and I also had an interest in the mining industry which is why I mainly chose this course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties of Sardar Patel University are like family members and are so supportive. They are highly qualified, and their knowledge is useful for us to understand any topic given in our syllabus. We have interactive classes because their style of teaching is so interesting. There are projectors available for the classes and they conduct PPT presentations every week on new and unique topics.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a Placement Cell in my university and my teacher has good connections with the companies for recruitment.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes hostel service is available for facilities girls students and boys students
 

Infrastructure Rating
My university is really vast but it is kept clean. There is a separate building for different courses. Canteen and mess is available in our campus including an online cafe for filling online forms and for stationary items, etc. There is a basketball court, football ground, and cricket stadium for students. A temple is also present in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is good. In university, NCC and NSS camps are regularly conducted by the teachers.

    I am really glad that I took admission in this university. It is situated in the Balaghat city, and the campus is spread in 100 acres of area. Our university has 5 blocks, 16 schools.
