My Experience at MANIT

Overall Rating
Being a student of MANIT, everything has gone right. One of the reasons for choosing MANIT is that it is near my hometown and other one is my secured rank in JEE Main. One should go to this institution because here you sit and compete with top students.
 

Academics Rating
I am from Electrical department. In first year, all the students have to study the syllabus and subjects. From 2nd year, we study our core subjects. Therefore, if you want to choose Electrical from home state (MP) you have to secure a rank under 30k for OBC NCL category.
 

Faculty Rating
In MANIT, professors are very good and responsible towards students. They help every student in problems related to academic and guide them. They explain topics in very simplified way and explain everything with practical examples if possible. They are highly qualified. Most of them have done PhD in different subjects. Therefore, overall faculty at MANIT is very good.
 

Hostel Rating
It has residential facilities for the students. Hostels have all the required amenities with proper security. Mess food is very good. In first year, no students are allowed to go outside the hostel. They are only allowed to go market place on Sundays.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure at MANIT is overall good. All the branches have their own departments except for ECE department. Being an old campus (established in 1960), infrastructure is good as maintenance is done on a regular basis. New buildings are under construction.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life at MANIT is very good. There are around 4000 students here. There are various clubs like sports, technical, and cultural where you can participate to develop your personality. There are fests like ‘Tooryanad’ and ‘Maffick’ to enjoy.

  • Starting a new journey at MANIT

    I got admission in MANIT, Bhopal through CSAB special round (2024). I was happy because I am from Kanpur, UP and Bhopal is near compared to other cities so, it is easy to travel. I visited the campus with my family for the admission process and we were pleasantly surprised by the large and lush green campus, made on a plateau.
