JSS Medical College is a private medical college under JSSAHER university. Here there are many medical courses including allied health sciences ones. The environment in the campus is student is friendly and nice.

I have taken M.Sc Medical Biochemistry. It is an Allied Health Science course, which has a diverse range of opportunities. The students who have their bachelor degree in B.Sc Life Sciences, B.Sc, MLT, MBBS, BDS, and BAMS are eligible for this course. In addition, this course is best for the research aspirants. n the JSS Medical College, department of Biochemistry has its own remarkable achievement. Department of Biochemistry consists of one UG lab and one PG lab and 2-research scholar’s lab funded by ICMR.

Coming to faculty, there 18 faculties. More of them are MDs and some of the professor with PhD. The teaching style is fantastic and professors are well knowledgeable and students friendly.

As it is a medical college, there will be no placements from the college side like other medical Colleges. However, the professors will guide to join the reputed companies like research company and pharmaceutical industry.

The infrastructure of college is marvelous. It is a NAAC accredited campus. It has been graded A from NAAC in a recent visit. Campus is eco-friendly. Numerous trees are present and lot of space for the parking. College consists of very well equipped labs with recent generation instruments. In addition, it has main library and central library. students can use library from 8 AM to 12 AM.

Campus life is good. The crowd in the campus is less. There are different clubs in college like NCC, NSS, singing club, dancing, sports, etc. Fest will be organized from time to time.
