Daulat Ram College is a good college in terms of its education and infrastructure. The location is easily accessible to students living nearby or even who commute from far as it is located near to the famous Vishwavidyalaya metro station. In terms of security as well it is great as proper checking is done at the entrance gates and there is no scope for any mishaps around the campus.

I pursued English (Hons) and this course demanded the eligibility criteria of meeting the cut off list which was made public at the time of my admissions. All the documents had to be submitted online and then they were undergone through the verification process and upon their successful verification, I was asked to submit the fee on the online portal of the college. The admission process was very smooth as everything had to be done through online mode. My motive was to enroll in this college because it is a reputed college and belongs to the North Campus of the university which in itself is a great opportunity.

The faculty at Daulat Ram College is very understanding and highly qualified. They firmly believe in laying a strong foundation for their students by providing them with immense in-depth knowledge and all the study materials required for the subjects. They were easily accessible even during the non-college working hours to cater to any of our doubts during the exam seasons or during the assignment submission time. They were both lenient and strict to maintain the perfect balance among their students. They believed in bringing out the best out of their students.

When it comes to placements, Daulat Ram College has an average graph. Especially for my batch and course, not many placements were offered to other students. The students mainly went for higher studies and did not get enough opportunities regarding on-campus placements.

Yes, Daulat Ram College does offer hostel facilities to the students who come from outstation areas. The students have to register in advance to get the hostel facilities as it is completely based on first come first serve basis and its registration is done at the time of admission itself. The facilities provided at the hostel are decent.

The infrastructure of Daulat Ram College is average. The college is huge in terms of area but not much maintained. There is one huge ground but it is also not up to the mark and not much clean. The planting is not like the other colleges and the buildings at my college are usually under construction which takes a lot of time to get completed. Even the auditorium does not have proper air conditioning systems which creates a huge chaos during the time of examination sessions.

The campus life is amazing at the college. Since this college is a part of North Campus, it offers great accessibility to local market, local street food places and nearby hangout spots. The crowd is amazing, and everyone enrolled at north campus comes from a noble background which leads to safety in the college environment. There are enough clubs for the students to participate in the college in different domains and proper fests keep happening to keep the fun environment in the college.
