Overall Rating
My experience at GIET University, Gunupur has been genuinely enriching. I chose this university for its strong emphasis on practical learning and its dedicated faculty who support and encourage innovation. The campus is well-equipped, with advanced labs and resources that foster hands-on experience in engineering and technology. Its commitment to placement and industry tie-up was a significant draw.
 

Academics Rating
The academics at GIET University are well structured, focusing on practical skills and industry relevance. My program had clear entry requirements: passing in 10+2 with science for Undergraduate and relevant degree for Postgraduate. I enrolled to gain strong technical skills and career-ready knowledge. The course truly supports these goals. The infrastructure is also good.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at GIET University is knowledgeable and supportive. Many professors hold advanced degrees and have real world experience, bringing practical insight into the classroom. Their teaching style is interactive and engaging, often combining lectures with hands-on session, which makes complex topic easier to understand. Yes, our university has a dedicated Placement Cell that actively supports student in securing industry jobs. The Placement Cell is organised for practical training session for student to get industry jobs.

Yes, GIET provides residential facilities with well-maintained hostels on campus. Hostel life is comfortable with spacious rooms, Wi-Fi and 24/7 security. Sport, gym and common room create balanced enjoyable hostel experience, helping students relax and socialise.
 

Infrastructure Rating
GIET university campus is well designed, with modern academic blocks and clean buildings that create a productive environment for learning. Each block is equipped with high-tech labs, smart classrooms and libraries that support academic needs. Other amenities include a large auditorium, cafeteria, medical facilities and sports complexes. The green, well-maintained surroundings also add to the campus's appeal, offering students a comfortable space to study and grow.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life at our university is vibrant and engaging, with a friendly and diverse crowd. Various clubs, such as tech, cultural, and literal clubs, allow students to explore their interests beyond academics. The university hosts an exciting annual fest. Currently, at the end of December organised Srujan 3.O annual fest. Also includes sports, and cultural nights that bring everyone together, creating unforgettable memories.

I chose to study in this university because its fee structure is in my budget, infrastructure is beautiful, and the education provided is excellent.
