Sincere Review on Jaypee Institute of Information Technology

Overall Rating
Talking about the placement of my institute, I think this is the only driving force for me to get admission in this institute. After entering the institute, I realized that my decision is not that bad and I m not having any regret about my decision. Talking about more on this extracurricular is also integral part of campus lifestyle.
 

Academics Rating
Talking about academics, I can say that I really have lot to share about in this field. The courses offered contain wide range and diversity. It has entirely industry aiding courses with too much diversity. Talking about academics pressure, it is little high. We have 3 term exams in one semester.
 

Faculty Rating
Every institute has its pros and cons. Hence, it needs to bring more experienced faculties.
 

Placement Rating
Here comes the most amazing part of my institute. The average package offered dwell between 8 to 11 LPA and median is somewhere around 7 LPA. Around 250+ companies visited until now and around 70% students are placed successfully.
 

Hostel Rating
Talking about the hostel facilities in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, so it has the service of hostel but only in one of the campus (sec-62) and other campus (sec-128) only has mess service in afternoon. The mess food is quite good in secondary campus but bearable in primary campus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The classrooms are spacious and all the facilities are available in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Since past 1 year, institute is under construction as the management is adding one more floor to the building, which provides space for labs and classrooms. We have 2 main grounds, one is cricket, and other is football ground along with a library where you can find all the mainstream books and a beautiful café. Alongside we have one auditorium cum MPH (multi-purpose-hall).
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is great. We have small functions organized on a regular basis, which really helps students in personality development. There are many societies in the institute, which help students to focus on extra-curricular activities. We have 1 main cultural fest lined up in March “Converge,” which is 2-day fest and is amazing. It is only for institute’s students so you might miss crowd of other institutes. it also organized many inter-institute competitions and functions on a regular basis.

    From my experience, I would say that the usual environment of the college is that of more focus on studies along with plenty of pockets of opportunities for the students in extracurricular activities through various student clubs and groups and also through the annual fests held in the college.     Till now it has been a smooth experience with JIIT. I will mention both the positives and negatives Positive: good lab infrastructure and qualified teacher. Negatives: poor sports facility. Hard academics. If you put good amount of effort, you can make good return on investment. Although the college has degraded a bit but still it pretty decent among the private colleges....     To my side College is not as good as I expected before coming to college by seeing the reviews and YouTube videos. But it’s an average college with average placement. The Girl to Boy ratio in college is good, you can easily get a partner. The study here is okay but very strict time table.     Overall Rating
    I joined this college on 10+2 merit based counseling which is very fairly done. This college overall I would say is 7/10 for study, 5/10 Hostel, and 6/10 for placements. But what you could get here is very good environment and its present at the most premier location. You can easily get mode of transport for any place.     Been in this college for about 5 months and can say that the academic curriculum is just perfect. Not too much load for studies not that less either as compared to other colleges you will get rather difficult test papers but teachers teach at same level too so won’t be that big of an issue. One thing I must tell is that you won’t be able to do extracurricular activities much because of campus area restrains. The area is very small but well utilised.... Read Full Review
