My Campus Life at BPPIMT

Overall Rating
In BPPIMT, I loved my campus experience anyways. The friendly manner of every faculty and seniors are always favorable. I loved the way they helped us in projects and placements. Placements have always a decent package in campus. I chose this institute for the affordability and the location.
 

Academics Rating
There's a course structure for regular students and lateral entry. For regular students, for 1st sem: Admission fees - 10,000, Tuition fee - 60,500, Development fee - 9,075, Library and Bank fee - 6,000, Students welfare, sports & game fee - 4,000, Caution deposit - 10,000 (refundable), Admission kit - 1,000, Total - 1,00,575. For 2nd to 8th sem: Tuition fee - 60,500, development fee - 9,075, Total - 69,575. University registration - 2700. For regular entry you have to give WBJEE or JEE and for lateral entry, JELET is necessary.
 

Faculty Rating
Every faculty is well educated and knowledgeable about new technology. Most of the faculties are Ph.D holders or masters. Some of them are still doing researches and publishing their papers. They teach us in such a manner that you find everything so simple and easy. They teach you through projectors and all to help more. While doing projects and researches, they'll help you a lot.
 

Placement Rating
I have heard from the seniors and other staffs that the institute is well known for placements. They call MNCs' also that offered mass recruitments as well. They take mock tests and mock interviews for our betterment. It helped us a lot. The pre placement talks form seniors and other industry experts help us to get motivated and make a roadmap for our future.
 

Hostel Rating
The institute doesn't have any hostel facility. But there are various PGs and mess available in the locality.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our institute has 3 blocks. One is for office works and other two are for academic purposes. Library always have a decent amount of books. Digital library facilities are also available here. The institute has a good structure. Labs are well maintained and have up to date technology. A research lab is also there with Mac facility.
 

Campus Rating
The sports days are always best when it comes to intra college tournaments. The cultural fests and tech fest are organized here by students. Several other activities and events are organised here.

    The college is affiliated to MAKAUT like most of the B.Tech colleges in Kolkata. It is a decent college to complete your B.Tech degree from.     I took admission in this institute last year through WEBJEE counseling. The institute is suitable for me because it is close from my home. I recommended the students who want to pursue Engineering degree in this institute. There are 4 branches available here in that institute CSE, EE, IT and ECE. The institute is very beautiful.... I recommended BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology to the people who want to pursue the Engineering degree.
