My Journey at NIT Warangal

Overall Rating
So my institute name is NIT Warangal, it is in Telangana. I got here through JOSAA. I chose this particular institute because of its placement percentage and learning environment. Here every second you will be surrounded with the brilliant brains of India, this also provides platform for various clubs like robotics club, etc. It has big library which is open all the time.
 

Academics Rating
The program is four years long and is offered in 10 different specializations like EEE, ECE, CSE, etc. Eligibility criterion here is you should score well in JEE Mains and JOSAA. You can see the opening and closing ranks for a reference. In JEE Main 2024 I scored 99.42 percentile.
 

Faculty Rating
So, here the professors are very helpful by nature. You can take their help for building new projects and also in your academics. Here the faculty to student ratio is that for 70 students we have one professor for each course. They also have so many years of experience.
 

Placement Rating
If I just give you numbers you will amaze like in particular for my branch we have a placement percentage of 93 percent. The average salary is 21 lakh per annum. Last year the highest package was 81 lakh per annum by an international company.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostels facilities at NIT Warangal. for B.Tech 1st years and M.Tech first years we have a hostel also known as Ramappan Hall of residence, for 2nd years we have blocks and for 3rd and 4th year we have another hostel. Here, you can give your clothes for laundry and we also have table tennis room for playing and also a gym inside the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our institute National Institute of Technology, Warangal has separate buildings dedicated for each department. As described earlier the hostels are very good. Whole college is covered with greenery and good environment. We also have labs with many types of machinery and seminar halls have ACs. We also have stadium and indoor courts for badminton, table tennis and more.
 

Campus Rating
So, here you are always surrounded with the best brains and with them you can participate in various competitions in the technical fests. Talking about the clubs we have many clubs like debating club, dance club, dramatic club and all. Here we have two big fests one is Spring Spree and other is Technozian. Spring Spree is for like dancing, singing, drama & all and the Technozian is the tech fest of NIT Warangal.

    NIT Waranagal does not need any introduction. It is one of the most prestigious institutes in India. However, my particular reason for joining this institute over other institutes is its placements and internships. Awesome placements.     Overall Rating
    The overall NIRF ranking of the National Institute of Technology Warangal as per the latest data is 21 in engineering category. It stands among the top three NITs of India that's why I chose NIT Warangal to pursue my graduation from here. Also the placement in CSE in very good.     This is a great college to pursue engineering. It is the oldest NIT of India; you will get a feeling of pride when you get admitted in such a great institution. You will get all the basic facilities at a reasonable fee, which private colleges are offering at such a high price. My overall experience in college is very good.
