Quality Education in Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College

Overall Rating
I am a second year B.Tech student of CSE stream. My college may be a private Engineering institution, but offers a fantastic environment, with clean, well-maintained campus, fully equipped labs, and a comprehensive library. I chose this college mainly because it offers the best educational environment in my area.
 

Academics Rating
Since I liked coding very much, I chose this branch. We can get admission in B.Tech CSE and other branches through various competitive exams like JEE Mains, WBJEE, JELET, etc. Another major reason of choosing CSE is the fact that currently, it is the only branch where good jobs are available.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members at Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The professors go above and beyond to help students with any academic challenges. Their teaching methods are engaging and enjoyable. I personally find their teaching method very effective. Likewise, other staff members, including librarians and office staff are affable and always ready to help, creating a hospitable atmosphere throughout the college.
 

Placement Rating
80% students get job from our college. The college also arranges special training programs to prepare us for the interviews.
 

Hostel Rating
Our college has three hostels; two boy’s and one girl’s hostel that are outfitted with the best living amenities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College is very good and facilities like water, electricity, and lift are arranged. The classrooms are equipped with fan, lights, and projectors. The college has its own conference, and seminar room. It also has various buildings for different departments and the transportation inside the college is of good quality.
 

Campus Rating
Talking about the campus and campus life, the campus is quite clean, green and beautiful so it is worth studying here. Admission to this course is not crowded as the seats are limited. There are several clubs such as dance, music, cyber security and many more. Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College also has yearly fest where we all enjoyed a lot with our friends.

    Overall Rating
    The overall experience is good. The labs are well-equipped and maintained and the faculty is quite helpful. All the professors are knowledgeable and helpful in academics and also other aspects. The college ground is well maintained and includes sports like football, cricket, basketball and sports facilities. Hostel is also available. The seniors are not arrogant and are quite helpful....     Overall Rating
    The experience at Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College is good to average. Attendance criteria need to be followed really strictly. Since we are under MAKAUT, they have to take some exams in spite of low attendance but our next batch is not under them and thus can't guarantee this for the future. Our friends and classmates are really very good and helpful, and thus class atmosphere is always happy and cheerful.
