My Opinion over OUTR

Overall Rating
As a Lateral Entry student, this is top university for me. Bhubaneswar is the best place to study because of transportation. OUTR didn't disappoint me. I would recommend it because it has better placement also.
 

Academics Rating
There are various streams and it's interesting to learn those subjects. Some branches also have common subjects so it's fun to discuss with them. First you'll think its tough then after you get hang of it, things will start to get easy.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers from different places come over here to teach. Even retired teachers of prestigious universities also teach us and have high ranking jobs. Some faculties are nice and you'll understand those subjects fine and will enjoy it.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel life in OUTR is great if you have great friends and roommates. Quality and taste of food depends on which hostel you live.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Some of the buildings are old and need renovation. However, new buildings have lifts, marbles and nice view with greenery everywhere. It also has small canteen that has good food at affordable rates.
 

Campus Rating
If you'll get a good friend circle then you'll enjoy. There are different places to hangout also, so you can spend your evening with them in the canteen sipping tea and eating momos. Many small activities are conducted here from time to time.

  • Best experience at the University

    It was my dream to crack NEET and be part of a prominent University / Institute / University. For the same I prepared for NEET after 12th but I could not crack it. I gave JEE mains exam and my marks in it were 81%. Due to this reason I joined OUTR because this is a good University. It was recommended to me by my relatives.   • Friendly Environment for freshers
     

    Overall Rating
    The overall experience is great. Unlike other universities, the seniors here are really great and supportive. The teachers will give you positive criticism which is good for your future performance. The labs and classrooms are also well maintained. The syllabus is completed in time and there is no such pressure on us about assignment and record submission. The interaction with students and teachers is the best to be honest.... Read Full Review

    Very good platform for getting placements and highly qualified teachers are mentoring us. They interact with us and become friendly to us.
