Fantastic college

Overall Rating
As it is a NIT, I joined the Institute for its name. My experience at this Institute is awesome. It consists of well qualified facility that has studied from IIT. It has a good infrastructure, good classrooms and good labs. It is a good college and it has many clubs that help in over all development and also provide exposure.
 

Academics Rating
Actually I am in civil department and the facilities here are really good. This Institute has modern equipment that is needed in well developed labs. The requirement to enroll here is that first you have to qualify JEE with good rank. It basically is all about how you think and how you implement.
 

Faculty Rating
All facilities members are well qualified and pass outs from IIT. Their way of teaching is great. They teach us in a way that we can remember their teachings in just one day before the exam. They also seek to help us in every hard situation. Other than academics they also give moral knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
Most of the students in civil department try to get government jobs and prepare for GATE exams. Lots of companies visit our college for placement. Our college’s highest package is 20 LPA and average is 9 to 10 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have a fantastic hostel and hostel life. It consists of good food and good rooms for all the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus consists of good building with library facilities. NIT J has separate building for each and every department. Campus consists of good architectural building and well maintained garden. Each academic block consist of well organized lab and well organized classrooms. In each department there is separate room for faculty members.
 

Campus Rating
My campus has a fantastic campus life. Our campus organized good fest and events in which artists from the world visit and perform. Our campus has lots of club in which you can choose whatever you like. Some clubs are governed from the government. You will also get a certificate issued from government which you can be used in future.

    Overall Rating
    This was the best institute and branch according to my JEE score. As it is a central government institute, it provides a vast range of placement opportunities and internships. The campus is decent with a lot of greenery. For first year students, the curriculum is very tight and hostel timings are very strict. Hostels are very good and provide all the necessary amenities.     Earlier, I was not about to take admission here but as the situations changed after my JEE Mains result, this institute was offering me the best I could get based on my rank, Information Technology.
