Overall Rating
My overall experience in TIU is very good. We have a very good and balanced campus life. Our faculties are very friendly and helpful. University also has some pros and cons like the vacation between 2 semesters is very small and there is lot of pressure for projects and assignment.
 

Academics Rating
Minimum 75% marks are required in 10+2 to get admission in TIU. If you are from Commerce background, then BBA is going to be pretty interesting for you as you will learn Advance Business Model and many other similar topics. There are a lot of industrial visits, live projects, etc. If you are interested in business, then this course is perfect for you.
 

Faculty Rating
Our faculties at TIU are very helpful and cooperative in every situation. They will always help you in your studies and projects. If we have any problem, then we can just tell them and they solve it.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a placement cell in our university. It’s really helps us to find internships and jobs. In my 2nd year, I also got my first internship offer (thanks to cell).
 

Hostel Rating
No, we don't have any hostel facilities. There are a lot of PG's near the university in your budget.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Yes, TIU has a great infrastructure with centralized building, a big library, hi-tech labs, bus facilities swimming pool, etc. We have our own google campus, where you can find your academic details like attendance, projects, assignment, notes, and quarries in just one click.
 

Campus Rating
In TIU, you are going to enjoy your university life. There are lots of events and programs. We have lots of clubs in our university like Tech Club, Sports Club, Dance Club, Singing Club, etc. Also, we host many programs in Kolkata and our university has the biggest fest in Kolkata.

    My experience at Techno India University as a student has been average overall. Some aspects of the university were worth commending, such as fests, extracurricular activities, student-faculty interaction, and campus life. However, the infrastructure is not advanced, especially for disciplines requiring wet lab training. Although, the university is making tremendous efforts in introducing Artificial Intelligence.     The college is at Salt Lake, Kolkata which is very well connected with the rest of the city via road and metro transport. The college has friendly faculty members and quite an easy admission procedure. The college also has good placement opportunities for the students.     Place: Salt Lake Sector V is an Automotive zone. Metro, Bus, Taxi are available to reach there. Metro takes 20 min from sealdah and charges 20 rupees only. Instead of taking the bus from Sealdah you can take it from Bidhan Nagar to reach there early and it takes only 15 rupees. Infrastructure: In the Techno India Group, Sector V's campus has the best infrastructure.     Overall, obviously other renowned college's degree has more value but techno India will provide you with best in class grooming. For my subject the hands on lab experience were good.
